My brother and I had been gifted our Great Aunt and Uncles home when we were in our 20s. We maintained the home as a rental. We are now in our 70s and its time to let it go, this was truly a tough decision for us. (Been in our family since 1959). We received numerous calls/mail asking if we wanted to sell our 2 1/2 acre, small home in *****************, *****. When we decided to sell we contacted several of these companies including Property Max. They submitted the best offer. The transaction went smoothly with only one "hiccup". Property Max employees were extremely easy to work with, polite, professional and communication was never ending at any time of day. Absolutely no pressure was put on us. I recently inherited my childhood home in the DFW area. I had no plans to move into the home and did not want to get into the landlord business, so I was gearing up to sale. I'm in the construction business and am relatively knowledgeable of the housing market here, so I had a good idea of what I needed to put into it and what it would bring at sale. I had already started to process of getting a realtor on board and getting bids on remodeling when I got a call from **** at Property Max. I had gotten multiple inquiries from other companies prior to him calling but decided to give it a shot. He was very helpful and provided a solid quote. I made the decision to proceed with the sale after taking a hard look at my cost to remodel, timeliness of sale and personnel time I would need to dedicate to the project. Afterwards *** with Property Max stepped into the process getting us to closing. He was very accommodating and patient, given the snails pace of the Dallas County probate court process. I appreciate Property Max and in particular **** and *** for their efforts and would highly recommend them.Review from Todd F

We own a small Brokerage in the DFW area and have partnered with Property Max on multiple purchases and they have delivered for our clients in every instance. Not only were they more competitive (by a large margin) but they were extremely easy to work with and highly communicative with our team. We will continue to do business with the team at Property Max moving forward because they truly deliver the highest returns of all of the big players in this piece of the industry. I have asked this company to stop contacting me. However, they continue to do so for over a year now, despite being on the DO NOT CALL registry. They have also used the company name "*****" in postcards and "AmeriSpec", which have the same address listed.Review from Stacey L

******* reached out to me during probate of my uncle's estate in **********. He was so kind and considerate that I decided to entertain an offer from Property Max. I was put in touch with *****************. This duo was polite, professional and understanding - truly excellent people. They understood that this was not just a business transaction for my family, that there was a lot of emotion also included. I was so impressed with their professionalism. No pressure was put on me and I felt heard when discussing the transaction with them. While I ultimately did not take their offer, I would absolutely work with them both again if the need arose.Review from Launa J

We had a very positive experience selling our home through Property Max. Every individual that we worked with was kind, understanding, and professional. Truly a joy to work with! The cash sale was right for us, due to my husband's medical conditions and disabilities that would make it very difficult on us to list our home in the traditional way. I had Propertymax out to give a cash offer on my property. I wanted to see how it would compare to listing. ********************* came out and in about 20 minutes he made a reasonable offer, I'm still considering doing some painting and flooring before selling but now I'm glad I have the option of selling it as-is quicker. We are considering between fixing up our home or selling it as it is. **** gave us a lot of info that was helpful to our decision making process. All things considered we would get about the same amount now as we would if we put it the 40,000$ to remodel and list it. I was glad to learn this as the renovation bid process was getting overwhelming. Id certainly recommend Propertymax to anyone whos in my position with an older home.Review from Harry D
