We purchased our home in 2019. Our floors started to split apart and make gabs in our bathrooms. We contacted Pahlisch and they had someone come out and repair it. We still have issues with our floor separating in the bathroom, hallway, kitchen and dinningroom. The spots they had repaired have come apart again. We recently had a contractor come out and he informed us the floors were not installed properly. The reason why our bathroom has two big gabs close to the cabinet is because they did not put flooring under the cabinet were the sink stands. Several homes on our street have had the same issues and Pahlisch has replaced some of them. Since Pahlisch contracted the work we feel they should be responsible for the problem. We did contact them and they told us the installer is responsible and they are not responsible for the issues. We have left several voice messages with the installer with no call backs. We feel that this is also a hazard. The splits in the flooring are sharp enough to cut someone's feet. We have to wear shoes on these floors and are thankful we do not have small children in the house. Only my wife and ******** the home. I feel if they have replaced floors in other homes with this same flooring and same issue, then they should replace ours. Fixes are only temporary if the floor was improperly installed. The fixes they did before are worse.

The floor has a 10 year warranty. Did you look that up?

We are so sorry to hear of the trouble ******************** has had with the floors in his new home. We researched the service history of his home and there was a warranty request regarding the floors in October 2019. Our records state that the installing contractor, ******** came to the home and repaired the floors, as ******************** states in his complaint. There is no further record of any warranty requests regarding the floor or further action on ************************ part to alert us of an ongoing problem. We have requested that ******** go inspect ************************ floors to determine if this is a warrantable repair. ********* will be reaching out to ******************** directly to schedule the inspection. If ******************** does not hear from ********* in a timely manner, please give him my contact information and he can reach out to me directly.

We have tried to reach out to Pahlisch Homes warranty department several times. My wife left a few messages with ** who works for the warranty department back in April of 2023 and never received a call back. My wife also left two messages with the warranty department through their company phone number and never received call backs. After going through the BBB they finally took my call and did schedule to come out and look at our floors. We are now waiting for them to contact us about it. Pahlisch did have someone come out before to finish flooring in a closet that was missing some pieces and to fix a couple of spots in the bathroom that had already separated. The same spots that were fixed before are separated again. So the first issue still has not been properly fixed.

They have scheduled someone to come out on Thursday to fix the issues we are having with the floor. We are happy with this outcome and appreciate Pahlisch working with us.

I bough a home from ******** September 2021 for $379,000.The purchase of this home included a whirlpool dishwasher.A month later the dishwasher flooded my kitchen, dining room and hallway. Causing damage to the flooring, subfloor, cabinets. ******** restored the cabinets, subfloor, and flooring. The cause of the flood was the dishwasher failing. ******** had the dishwasher fixed. Now, the same dishwasher, is not working properly. The heating coil is burning out and causing burning smells. I contacted ********, they said it is not covered under warranty and to contact *********** and Appliance. Upon contacting *********** and Appliance they had no record of the dishwasher and could not locate any information on the origin of this dishwasher. The dishwasher that ******** sold me flooded my home and is now a potential fire risk to my home.I requested a new dishwasher during the first incident (the flood) but they insisted on repairing it. Now the same dishwasher is not working properly and is another threat to my family and my home.

We are sorry to hear that the homeowner, *********************, is having problems with their dishwasher. Yesterday, we received a call from this homeowner with the same complaint. After hearing that *********** and Appliance told the homeowner they had no record of the installation or repair of the dishwasher in 2021, we escalated the issue with our representative directly. They told us they did have a record of the installation and the repair order from 10/27/21, where a technician replaced the failed water valve, that caused the the leak. *********** and Appliance told us a representative called and left a message yesterday with the homeowner to confirm these details. The warranty from Pahlisch Homes does not cover appliances, as that warranty is provided directly by the appliance manufacturer. The dishwasher has a one-year warranty, so any repairs needed at this point will likely not be covered since it is more than two years past installation. If the homeowner has yet to hear from *********** and Appliance, please let us know, and we will follow up.

We purchased our home in Belz Place a Pahlisch community in Oct 2019. We have issues with our upstairs flooring being warped, squeaking and creaking, nail pops and uneven surfaces throughout the 2nd floor and stairs. Pahlisch warranty team has been out on multiple occasions some flying in multiple times from Bend to "take a look", they have brought in framers & "expert' flooring reps to walk our house over the last 3 years. Pictures have been taken & lost and taken again by *******. We were told by the first framer they were not surprised we had issues and said the house had sat with no roof for several months and the floors were wet and never dried out before finishing construction. We were assured for the past 2.5 years the floors would be fixed and fixed correctly. The original warranty **** ******* had agreed to have our carpeting pulled up, floors fixed, and new carpet laid. Email from ******: 3/3/2021 In regards to the flooring, my team is still working on sorting out a company that can assist with the moving of furniture. I apologize I havent been able to keep up on them all too much recently as I have been working with the number of homes effected by the snow storm a few weeks back. I have received all the pertinent details from the flooring company, so once we have some movers lined up, we will be able to coordinate a couple of days for the carpet company as well as the framer."We continue to receive excuse after excuse...Covid 19 restrictions, winter storm damage of 2021, staff changes (****** gone), staffing shortages and the list goes on. Pahlisch has fixed at least 2 other homes with flooring issues within our community. To this day we continue to get excuses from ************ or they just flat out don't return our calls, texts, or emails. We are only looking for a resolution to our flooring issues; fixed correctly the first time and without any carpet seams from cutting to access the sub-floor. Thank you. Most recent documentation uploaded.
