I purchased a 2017 Grey wolf. They delivered it a month and half ago. I live in it. The air conditioning and heat have never worked. They refuse to fix the issue. I'm almost 60 living in this condition. This company refuses to help me. They will not call me back, or respond to emails. I'm paying ****** for something that doesn't work. Horrible Company.

Stay away from these people, service manager **** and owner *** falsely accused my wife of assaulting a employee from the Bend location total nonsense, service on a new Rv was a nightmare. The Rv I purchased from them spent the majority of its first year sitting in their lot awaiting repairs, they didnt mind taking my money but when it comes to service forget it. Would never do business again with these people!

I wish I didn't buy a Keystone Bullet trailer as everything you look at there is something wrong with it I had an appointment made and it took it in as well as a list of things that needed to be fixed they only half-assed fixed it if that as the problem is still there and a lot of other things that I wrote down was never touched.

Very disappointed in the Big Country's service department's handling of the two federal safety recalls that I got my travel trailer that was issued in June of 2023. The spare tire carrier could break off and the solar panel could come loose during driving. Big Country's service department will not fix these two recalls until December 2023. You would think they would take their recalls more seriously and take better care of their customers. They did reach out to me and I contacted them like they ask me to, but It has been a week since then and they have not contacted me. Again their actions show they do not take federal recalls on the products they sell seriously and their lack of customer service. If I could give a zero-star rating to Big Country RV, I would.

Do not buy from Big Country RV.. do your research they are overpriced and there sales and finance department are dishonest..I bought a brand new Winnebago last year that after delivery noticed was not in new condition.... long story and year later they did not do us right.. we went all the way to the owner, *****, to make it right, it was insulting what he offered to make it right. Save your money and time, and go somewhere else.

A couple of months ago we made an appointment to bring our trailer in for service. We always state that we don't want our trailer sitting outside for a long period because we keep it in a shop to protect it, so we make an appt to bring it in so that they can start working on it. It never fails that the trailer still sits there waiting for service for weeks after we bring it in at the appointed time. We made the appt in August. We took it in on Oct 18. We called this morning (over 2 weeks later) to check on the status as we haven't heard anything. They haven't even looked at it. In the meantime, we have had a couple of snowstorms and it's been sitting outside. We were told we could come back and pick it up and then they would call us when they were ready to work on it. This means more trips for us to go get it and then bring it back again. The point of having an appt is so that they can work on it when we bring it in. Car repair places don't do that. Can you imagine having an appt to bring in your car for service and it sits there for weeks until they get to it? Poor communication and poor service. If we didn't have our warranty with them, we would definitely go somewhere else. We purchased this RV from them, and we probably would not do so again.Interestingly, I just tried to post the same review on Big Country's website, and when I hit "submit", it said there was an error and to try again later. It wouldn't let me submit a poor review!

I bought a new 2021 keystone alpine fifth wheel from big country rv in ****, ** in October. First off they told us on the day we were signing for and picking up the rv that the hot water heater was leaking; after they had already cashed my check for a very large deposit. After they attempted to fix it I was told it was the circulator pump that was leaking because it was too small; how a brand new trailer has a factory installed circulator pump that is too small and leaking is beyond me I was assured they would have the correct components and have it fixed in a couple of weeks. Stupidly I believed them and still purchased the rv. In the five months we have had the rv we have had nothing but issues with things breaking or not working properly and have take in it twice to have them fix things. The awning didnt function properly and ripped away from the side of the rv, the crown molding fell off, wallpaper is peeling, laminate on the inside step is peeling/chipping, screws in the shower rusted, the toilet wouldnt stop running and the flush valve had to be replaced, the exterior panel covering the pilot light flew off going down the highway and broke, the covering under the rv was sagging and barely attached, the rv had multiple spots on the exterior that needed resealed and had molding peeling off along with some paint chips that were noted upon initially receiving the rv. Big country rv had my rv for two weeks in February and did fix some of the issues to my satisfaction, however they werent able to fix everything due to parts etc. despite me sending them pictures and communicating what needed to be fixed months before my appointment. The circulator pump in the hot water heater was capped five months ago and they still cant get the part. Upon receiving my rv back from them having it for two weeks in February to fix all of these things the hot water heater now pours water out of it everywhere when you hook water up to the unit.I understand that some of thes
