I ordered a refrigerated shipping container from PortaBoxPros on August 9, 2024. The container was scheduled for delivery twice. The first attempt at delivery was scheduled for August 24, 2024. The vendor contacted us and stated that the delivery driver was in an accident about 70 miles from our home and that the container was damaged. They rescheduled the delivery for the next week on August 31, 2024. No one showed up. We have video surveillance at our home and there was no truck delivering a container, there was and adult at home to receive it, and we did not get a call from the delivery driver or the salesperson from the company to let us know where they were or what was going on, we have the phone records. The vendor claimed that the driver tried to call for delivery and that no one was home to receive the container for unloading. This is a 12 to 14 hour drive from ****** to *****. If the delivery driver was really in *****, they would have tried to make a second attempt at delivery before going back to ******. This didnt happen. We have no container and we cannot make contact with the company, and they wont answer our emails anymore. We want to have the charge refunded. We have the invoice and the receipt from ******.
