I needed my heater core fixed in my truck. They quoted me $1,300.00 and said it will be ready to be picked up the next day. I was told I could not pick up my truck because they put the dash back together wrong. A couple days later I went to pick up my *********** had error messages displaying on my truck. I told them they were not there before, they said they will fix those problems for free. I just picked up my truck after them having my vehicle for 7days and there is new error codes on my truck, they will not answer my calls and said they would do nothing to compensate how long they've had my vehicle when I picked it up. They had my vehicle because they broke a part putting my dash back together. They let me know I was lucky I was not being charged for them to repair the damages they did to my truck. They charged me a big amount to use my debit card without telling me how much the fee was. My truck is now going to have to be taken to a different mechanic to get fixed from all the error codes on my dash that were not there until they worked on my truck. I cannot reach them as they won't answer their phone.Initial Complaint

I brought my car to **** Automotive in ******* **, right at the end of march 2023, I waited 3 weeks for a simple window regulator replacement. While XLNT had my car they left it outside during a rainstorm, my driverside leather seat was damaged. I called them about it as I saw my car being rained in and recorded it. They denied any and all responsibility for weeks on end. An upper level employee finally heard me out and saw my videos and agreed it was water damage and their fault. He set me up with the owner ***************************, who has since not taken any responsibility and has changed his phone number after telling me he would order me a new seat pad. I have called and visited the shop over 20 times this year attempting to get my seat fixed or replaced and have had no help from the owner whatsoever in doing so. We have been working with XLNT Automotive since Fall 2021 on our **** **** F250 Pickup and have spent close to $20K including a complete new motor and core with a warranty which was completed in early 2022. We have had it back several times in 2023 for oil leaks which they say they have repaired and as of today, April 26, 2023, they have had our truck since March 8, 2023 with the agreement in writing that it would be repaired and returned to ** by March 27, 2023. They did not let ** know that they would need more time and will not give ** an ETA on when the warranty repairs will be completed. We have paid all of the charges for repairs. They are unresponsive and not only have ** paid in full but also have our truck. We have asked for them to repair it or give ** copies of the receipts for the parts and our money back for the labor so we could go to another shop and get it repaired.Initial Complaint

I had my water pump go out in my 2015 **** explorer sport interceptor eco boost. I then had them do the work on the car,after they had the car for about a month for a **** hour job after having to also do the timing chain, the thermostat and also an oil change on the car I had it for 9 days after getting the car back when I lost all power to the car and it said low oil pressure when it turned off on its own. I called the mechanic and they sent out a tow company that they also own called Bo Dot towing to pick me up and tow the car to there shop. I got them to finally start the cars repair and they gave me the car back on February 15th of 2023 and by February 24th 9 days later is when I lost all power. The tow truck driver showed up and before he could load the car I had taken pictures of how much oil was in the car, the car was 4 quarts low according to there dispatch/front dest girl had told me. The tow truck driver had then started the car with no oil in the car . I then had to call the driver and tell him my car was still running with no oil on his flatbed tow truck he said oh it is then pulled over after about 20 minutes of it running with no oil ,just so he could have power steering to load the car on there tow truck. Now they fired the tow driver after a week from the time he loaded my car and unloaded it back at there shop. That's when the mechanic called and told me it was leaking from the rear main seal and they wanted another **** dollars to fix it this time. I have parked in the same spot for almost a year and if the main seal went out there would be oil under my car ,and there isn't any oil in my spot I have 10 or more people that would say and vouch for me that there is no oil sopt where I park everyday. The car never had a problem before they did the job in the first place but then is just completely messed up after they did the job now I think it needs a new motor. They have also drove it since getting it back with no oil in the car and lost my key.Initial Complaint

I originally brought my vehicle in to get the glow plugs replaced. It has turned into replacing a multitude of parts and the creation of additional issues that werent present when I dropped my vehicle off. Ive paid over $5,000 and my truck is still in this shop. I dropped my truck off on August 15th of 2022. I cant get any straight answers on what is being done to fix the additional issues created by this shop, nor when I can expect to receive my truck back. There has been no attempt made to offer a loaner vehicle or for a rental vehicle. Its going on 6 months and I dont feel as though Im any closer to getting my vehicle back as I was last august. I cant provide receipts because they havent sent any to me despite multiple requests.
