Worst experience I have ever had ordering handmade. Took 9 weeks to get to me, although when I ordered my jacket the website said 4-5 weeks processing time. Followed the size guides online for my measurements and the jacket swallowed me, was way too big. I asked for a return since it would take another 6-9weeks for an exchange to take place. Was told I could not return because I was one day outside of the 5 day return period. Where I live all packages are delivered to the office and the office is closed on the weekends. I did not receive my jacket until Monday the 4th and sent my jacket back Friday the 8th. They did not care and forced the only option as an exchange. I had to pay for return shipping to them. Still do not know when my jacket, they only give a rough 6-9 week estimate. At this point it will be warm spring in the south when it makes it. For a jacket that costs $295.00 this is absolutely unacceptable.
