            I don't even remember how the coffee was due to what the staff said and how much it upset me. It's been 3 months so this isn't an emotionally charged review. I've thought a lot about this and I believe they deserve some feedback. This is a dark one folks! I told them it was my dog's last day alive (put to sleep due to low quality of life from cancer). I wanted to make it the best it could be and had ordered a pup cup. Instead, the older woman frowned dramatically and said "Well that's not what I would do. He looks fine." I explained how underweight he was and how he hadn't been himself for months. After they got my drink the guy with the pony tail leaned out and said I should take my dog to ********* so they could get him the expensive surgery I mentioned (that had only a 30% chance of extending his life mayyybbbeee a few horrible months). As if I wasn't doing enough or wasn't wealthy enough to deserve to make this decision! Thanks. Not only did these people make me cry MORE on one of the worst days of my life, but their coffee is meh. Forgettable. And I even spoiled myself. Find another coffee hut friends!

            This is a fke review and what she is accusing us of is untrue,  not valid.  We treated her with respect and empathy regarding putting her dog to sleep.  We offered some alternative health offerings.  We treat all of our customers with courtesy.  What you are saying is untrue 100%.

            This person who left us a review z.o. left this same review on July 15 on our Yelp Busiess page. It is false and definately not true. We are a family business and would never treat a customer like she is accusing of. We take our business seriously and are nothing but giving and polite to our customers. She is havng a bad time over putting her dog to sleep, this is not our fault. This is retaliation on us for offering her to try some alternative healthy offerings for her dog. We have 4 pets of our own and love animals. How can this happen to a good business when we have done nothing but sympathetic and hopeful and caring towards her over her decision to put her dog down. She is not right. Sincerely, ****** ******
