I spent over $200 on presale dolls that were never sent to me. They were lost in transit. One of these items included my very sentimental item of the swaddle and hat I announced my sons birth In for a keepsake. I have emailed over 20x and sometimes gotten responses and other times not. I have not gotten a reply in over a year now.Initial Complaint

This company sold pre-orders for dolls. I placed several orders and never received my products - this was last summer. In November 2022 the company finally responded to one of my emails and said they would replace the products - then once again they stopped responding which made it too long to file a complaint with my bank card to dispute the debt. I have continued to reach out to them requesting my money back or product and they do not respond. Upon reading their ****** reviews it appears that she has done this to many people and has stolen thousands of dollars from multiple people and she continues to attempt to sell these products to other unsuspecting people.Initial Complaint

I have 11 unfulfilled orders over the past year. They were all pre-orders, so now its far too long past filing any kind of dispute through PayPal or the bank. Obviously I wouldnt have continued to order if I had known Id never receive any of them. Several attempts at contacting the business were made. No resolution has come from it and now they are no longer replying to my emails. At one point, I was in contact with someone about receiving store credit, until I was ghosted, and my emails since then have gone unanswered. Its been 6 weeks since my last email. There is no other way to contact. The ****************** was deleted awhile back and comments are always turned off on any post made to other social media accounts. I have made so, so many orders through this business and have received quite a few that we have been very happy with. I love supporting small businesses, especially ran by women, but now Im extremely upset. I have been scammed out of $652.50 (even more with taxes and shipping) over the 11 unreceived orders. They all say they have been shipped, but I feel like they just created the labels, then threw them away because every tracking number I was given says label created, shipper has not received the package yet. I have been so understanding and patient every time a post was made informing followers/customers of mental health issues, family/employee sicknesses, deaths, help shortages, etc. Not even being acknowledged or getting so much as an apology is really what makes me the most sad. I have never been rude via email and have always been supportive of the owner. She was truly an inspiration to me. I feel sorry for every person who has also been scammed by The Dreadful Stitch. They should be ashamed of themselves.Initial Complaint

So how the rattle dolls are done is there is a presale on them. I purchased 4 in June/July they run about 25 dollars a piece. I was expecting them in August sent an email never heard back. she posted in the group all dolls will be sent by September 19th. When I didn't get tracking I sent another email I did hear back it must have been an oversite etc. they would ship them out that weekend. They never showed up basically the run around for months, I did hear from the owner **** who said I pulled your dolls personally and they are being sent out. if you didn't go by the rules about asking about orders in the groups or a pm on ******** or Instagram you got blocked. so, I am blocked now and still no dolls. Unfortunately there are a lot of us out there. I will probably never see the orders so be very careful shopping there. Her retail store is hardly open and I feel the preorder doll money was used to keep it a float and now she doesn't have the money or staff to make them or do refunds. **** knows she has lied to a lot of trusting people.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for 2 dolls on 6/1/22 for $46.75. I was never sent my items and was constantly told the items will be shipped out. Then I was completely ignored on multiple email attempts weeks apart from each other and they said they just missed the email. Then on 10/2/22 they said they were getting ready to ship it out that week and I still have not received any updated tracking or my items. As I looked at their social media platforms this is not happening to only me, but to several others. This business is taking people money and not fulfilling their orders.Initial Complaint

Store is selling preorders and not shipping by promised date. She keeps lying to customers saying iorders have been shipped and have been lost by the post office. (I work for the post office and they have not!) She owes me $497.05 in undelivered orders as shown below and in the pic attached, which I want refunded immediately.
