      On Friday, March 3, I brought my daughter to her first registered gymnastics class with this business. One of the staff members blocked my entry to the gym and told me he couldn't let me in because I was "wearing patchouli oil" and that they had a staff member with a severe allergy. Despite my attempts to deny that I was wearing anything with fragrance, this coach was adamant and attempted to block my access to the building.I told the owner *********************** that if I was not allowed access to observe my daughter during classes, I would be withdrawing my daughter from classes. She told me to call back on Monday to speak to a business manager. I notified this business on March 3, 2023, verbally that my daughter would be withdrawing from their classes, called the creditor on March 6, 2023 with no response, and notified them in writing via email on March 7, 2023, detailing my request to withdraw my daughter from classes effective immediately. In the next two months, my credit card was billed with two more charges with no explanation or itemization of the charges. After attempting to reach the staff again to discuss the charges and receiving no response, I disputed the charges with my credit card company ************* one charge for $151.25 and another for $376.25. Both disputes were ruled in my favor and the amount was credited back to my credit card. I provided written and verbal notification to the creditor that my daughter was withdrawing from their facility. These charges are fraudulent and no services were exchanged for these charges On May 16, 2023, I received a notice that this business has sent me to collections for the amount of $576.25. These charges are fraudulent and exorbitant, and no additional services were exchanged for this debt. I have disputed the charges with this collection agency and am prepared to take up the matter with the courts to stop the harassing billing over a matter I did not cause.

      I emailed and called on October 10, 2022 to cancel my child's gymnastic membership at this gym.Nobody ever replied or called me back, and I have been charged every month since $55 My credit card company will attempt to get the past 5 months refunded, but that leaves October and November that I have to deal with the merchant myself. I got on the phone with someone and he told me about something called a drop form, which is exactly what i emailed and asked for when cancelling on october 10, 2022. nobody ever got back to me, and they've been charging me every since even though my kid has not attended and i did take action to cancel my membership.

      The billing **** kept billing my credit card after I ended ember services for my grand daughter. I put in 30 day notice in July, ****** in billing states he received notice but said I didnt sign a form from them that they sent to my email address. It expired and they didnt resent but billed my cc instead.(I received something but when I opened it up it states expired.). The owner told me to cancel services all I need was to put in a written notice.I saw August billed from NWgymnastic but gave this company ***** for it. There was no September automatic bill, so I thought they honored my grand daughters cancellation written notice. the cancelled $81.00 membership fee went from $81.0 to $110.00!I contacted the gym and left a message that I terminated services in July.I received a phone call from ****** in billing who said I didnt sign their electronic form. He said he saw that I opened it up but it was expired. And he didnt resend me a new form.I said I opened it up but when I clicked on it it and it blanked out with a message sorry, this document expired. (I thought I received it within a few weeks of terminating my grand daughters Membership. Im in a Financial hardship and In Nov I put stop payments to this company. To my shock a almost triple charge came in ( $212.00this occurred right after talking to to billing ( ******) !Thats when I read the many negative reviews that this company has these bad business practices.Many complaints about this company doing this. They stop pulling money out for only Sept then they start adding charges plus late fees while charging me for a membership. Owner did not respond to any of my calls.I asked to talk to her son ( team leader) he ignored me and hung up saying he refers these accounts to the billing guy( ******) I asked him to please let me talk to **** about this cancelled membership for she is the owner. I said she verbally said I just needed to put in a written notice.

      To whom it may concern, 

      To quote *************************, " I said she verbally said I just needed to put in a written notice."   She is correct and **** (the owner) did tell her she had to fill out the 30 day drop notice (sent via sign now).  You will see on the 30 drop form the dates it was originally sent, and opened by *******.  She chose not to sign the drop notice, and instead changed all her contact information, and opted out of the  emails. 

      The drop notice was sent July 31, 2022 (It says August 1 2022 because it was sent late on July 31, and Sign now uses ***************** but our side shows July 31.  ******* opened the 30 day drop notice on September 9th but did not sign it.  The drop notice did expire, we could not get in touch with her due to her choices to change her information.  There was no contact until she called us, because we did not have the imperative information, that she herself, changed.  

      We did not know until November 28th, that ******* had changed all her personal information on file.  The only reason we realized this fact was that she called, and refused to talk to any STAFF member.  She kept saying "You need to talk to ****", because she is my friend.  A friend of any business does not commit fraud by changing their personal information.  

      She then had a guy named ***** contact **** on ****'s personal *********  This ***** person, then kept harrassing **** (on her personal ********* until **** warned him about harassment charges.

      This message appears to be written from billing ***** ****** a confessed satanist . I feel that he is coming against me and sabotaging Tinas business. He is not being honest. **** verbally told me I could write a 30 day notice which I completed. I also did not change my contact info I only blocked his number because he was very harassing g. I asked to talk to **** because she is my friend and it was why I was there.  ****** is twisting the truth. I do not know about electronic form which expired and wouldnt allow for me to open it.  

      I believe this is how he is ruining her business by the reviews people put in notices and it appears they too did not know about this electronic other notice.  When I explained to ****** that my written notice was still valid. Question was why have an expired form ? How could I know when I couldnt open it. Then he lies and said I changed all my account infix if it was changed he did it. Again targeting me because Im a ********* or this is just how he does business to keep charging people, as a form of deception.

      why did they did skip a month then Charge me October? So I would know and they could charge more fees. After talking to him after find the Oct charge he was very rude after I asked to talk to **** because he was not helpful, just kept charging me.

       

      I then stopped all these extra payments. He lies again saying my minister friend harassed him and ****. He called my friend **** because I called from his phone. He spoke to ***** twice who tried to help me talk to ****** who I felt was irritated and coming across very rudely. I contacted **** from ****** messenger saying I dont have one which now I do. I explained what ****** was doing thinking she didnt know. I asked her to help me.

       

      She responded offensively which took my by surprise. According to the reviews this happens a lot . Its why I think ****** is sabotaging her business. Does she truly know the tactics hes doing? Shes a ********* so, I just dont think she really knows how he is being deceptive to cause people who put in email notices ( according to reviews for I put in a written notice) on going billing charges by skipping a payment then charge late fees then continue the process. Please read the one star reviews lots about this subject which is why Im contacting BBB. Theres deception not letting people know about a 30 expiring form that wont let you read what they want you to sign. I had no clue they would reject my notice and skip a month to then charge me late fees and more charges. If I knew I would of signed it. So it being expiring and ****** lying  saying I changed contact info makes me think he does this to so many victims not just *********s. The business practice needs to accept thirty days written notices and not continue charging g. The expired form I open I told ****** I thought it was two weeks when I opened it he said it wasnt. I said why would it expire? I couldnt sign form I could access how to get it back. Whats the point Im they? Doesnt make any sense. They have me written notice on record. They stopped payments for Sept. why use this form of deception to continue to bill  people a month later plus charges ? He wouldnt stop either now he threatened that I will get s ****** late charge a day and send me to collections? They know I put in  written notice. They know the firmed expired on me and I couldnt open what the sent to read nor sign. 

      I honestly had no clue what was going on and according to reviews many dont. Theres deception causing a lot of people to pay out months past the 30 notice date. See reviews **** did not say anything about electronic form.

      I am rejecting this response because: Owner of the gym stated to me in person, (please respond honestly, yes or no, ****)! that all Was needed to terminate membership was a written notice. Company contract does not say the company has a right to send any type of drop form that expires. Company failed to say this in contract and in verbal discussion on membership termination! Owner complained of many complaints regarding customers and it was why I wanted to know how to terminate membership even though I sorta know this person ( only as a child neighbor).

      Company failure to update me regarding to my account be charged even though they didnt charge me in September lead me to believe contract was terminated. Company refused to have owner contact me when I asked, so I had my credit card terminated now they are still trying to charge. This company doesnt tell you there is another form outside of a written termination notice that expires and wont allow you to sign nor will it allow you to respond  to email sent keeping people trapped in a contract they thought they terminated. Many people are bringing trapped in the corrupt snare why? Because owner appears to know they ensnare and trap people or why else have a drop notice expire. Company fails to communicate they will continue to charge. 

      Company contract does not say it has a drop notice that expires and they fail at sending any any donation warning of there corrupt tactics. This company then uses this corrupt system to charge people who **************** have been terminated with evidence they dont draw money out the next month. But its a trap to keep you in their system to then charge over draft fees and other later charges to keep afloat. This is corruption, not in contract and needs to be stopped. Please see the many reviews on their website.

       

      Owner knew I was t working and was over 40 minutes away and knew I came to test her gym. She also knew I wouldnt stay long and told me a written notice was needed to terminate membership. She failed to say anything else. She also failed to call me before I cancelled credit to clear up their huge charges knowing I ( granddaughter) wasnt going to their gym.and sounds like it wasnt ************ but that  She refused to answer calls so we could resolve matter. Owner business earns cash flow in a side corrupt manner and needs to be stopped. There contract has huge holes not informing us of a drop notice that has a time limit and cant be signed because of how they have it set up. It proves corruption .
