We were super excited to start puppy care the staff seemed so friendly. I called in to check on my puppy twice and everything was great. They told me that I can actually view the cameras online on their website. So I went on the page and pulled it up and kept it on all day (ok yea excessive but she's a new pup only 16 weeks I was nervous) so reason I'm leaving 2 stars, after nap time the lady who came in was not nice to the dogs and didnt really pay attention. Also for some odd reason she was looking at my puppies private parts and holding her up by the shoulders then proceeds to turn her around and show the gentleman on the other side of the fence door. At pick up I mentioned it to the lady up front as well as showed a picture and she seemed super aplogetic but it just put a bad taste in my mouth. I won't be returning.Now that we've been home for an hour we have a different puppy.My puppy has been so loving and playful since we got her and i brought home a skitish and down puppy she bairly wanted to come near us or eat her food.
