HUGE problems: the apps needed to be upgraded or it would be removed from the Play Store; the paid upgrade failed, making the site inoperable for days, and it could be weeks, like last time. No response to most of the emails sent.This is not the first time for this issue, I have yet to have an app upgrade go well.The support staff are generally friendly and supportiveBusiness response

Thank you for your feedback. We acknowledge that the recent app upgrades did not go smoothly. Truly sorry for the inconvenience and the delay. Weve credited the update amount to your credit balance for future use as a gesture of goodwill.
We've already resolved the issues with the Android app and submitted an updated iOS version for Apple's review. We're actively working to resolve this problem ASAP, and will prevent this from happening in the future.
We also recognize the delay in our email responses (which is not typical for our operation), and we are taking steps to improve customer support responsiveness.
