In the fall of 2018 I was contacted by a representative of Javiena Group - *********** Investing in ***********, ** regarding the impending sale of a real estate property in ********, **. The primary property owner, and a relative of mine, had appointed me as the sole beneficiary of the property. My notarized signature was required on a document before the sale could be finalized. But, since I lived in ******** southern coastal area, that meant that I would have to travel quite a long distance up to *********** and back home, Javiena Group offered a GREAT service to me by arranging for the document to be delivered to a local notary public via overnight air flight who brought the document to my home for me to be sign and be notarized. Then, the document was returned the same way.I was made sole owner of the property promissory note upon the death of the primary owner in March of 2019.. With much appreciation on my behalf, Javiena handled all of the necessary legal paperwork and procedures during this solemn time in a very professional and caring manner.In June of 2019, I sold the property promissory note. Again, Javiena Group handled all of the business to accomplish this sale.
