My son had an MRI at the above hospital. I created a payment plan with the hospital for $***** for the next 15 months (will be paid off by Dec 23). I made a payment that day September 15th, 2022 and every month to current (June) there has been a payment of $***** taken out either the 16 or the 19 of the month. No payment has been missed. I have the proof of that. I had an ultrasound on August 31st, 2022, I called the business office and asked them to put the ultrasound bill on the payment plan with the **** They told me they would.Next I had a *** placed with *********************** MD at her clinic in that hospital . I asked her staff if they took my insurance and was assured that they did. I then get a bill for ***** dollars. *********************** was not part of my insurance until July of 22 and I went in March. Which that *** placement caused horrible bleeding and pain, then resulting in a hysterectomy with a different provider.I spoke to an higher up about *********************** and her neglect to my care, I was told they would only charge me half of the bill. I was also told that I would not go to collections but I got a collection notice about the *** bill. The problem is the collection people want payment but the original amount of ***** is still coming out of my account. So I would be paying Twice. I have already paid $691 on this bill. I should not be in collections. Every person I have talked to can't find the money. One of the business people said I only made 1 payment that they could see. I have the bank statements to prove that I have made $691.50 to date (including June). No one has been able to help me. My credit score has gone down due to this. I am a single mom trying to make it. I pay my bills and I will be very unhappy if I get garnished AND still have the monthly payments taken out. Who will pay me back the extra money since they can't seem to find out where my payments are going in the first place. I need help. I uploaded bank statements.Initial Complaint

I sought services from Willamette Valley Medical Center on 06/03/2022. I was asked to have an MRI performed by my doctor as part of my healthcare check up. At the time of service I was advised that if I paid cash upfront for the **** I would save a significant amount of money. I made a decision to pay the fee upfront based on the information I was provided. I paid in full at the time of service, with the expectation that I would not have any additional charges. To my surprise, I ended up receiving a bill stating that I owed an additional amount of $1,083.92. I have made attempts to call and resolve this matter and have also sent in a letter requesting this be resolved- with no resolution provided. This feels like I was baited and switched and is unprofessional to say the least. I am requesting assistance in this matter as I do not appear to be getting anywhere on my own with this matter.
