Scheduled an appointment with this company. The next day I get a phone call asking if I was okay with the appt. I said yes. She then began to ask me if I was sure I just wanted saline which is what I ordered online. She mentioned a few other options and I agreed to zinc. She then again asked if I was okay with the mobile visit and I said yes. She then said its $65 and mentioned I could also come in instead of paying the mobile visit. I at this point felt it was odd I was asked 3 times about coming to my location and not only that, she shouldve already been heading my direction at this time. My appt was set for 12:00pm and I am on the phone with her just after 11:30am. After her questioning me so much about a mobile visit and what I ordered I felt talked out of this appt. However, I was still excited to go into the office instead for a visit since it seemed that would be better than mobile. I tell her my daughter is sleeping and that I will most definitely be in one of these days and most likely Wednesday since she was closing at 1pm and at this point its already almost noon. There was no mention of a cancellation fee. I opened up my bank account and I was charged $82.00. That is more than the deliver fee! I went to the website and I cannot find anything stating a cancellation fee plus while on the phone I wasnt informed of one. Not only that, I was first told the delivery fee was $40, then she mentions $65. I had already noticed pricing discrepancies online but was willing to pay the mobile fee until I was talked out of it. If I wouldve known I was charged $82 I wouldve either kept my appt. or woke my daughter and drove in. I feel this fee is far too expensive and I should be reimbursed.Business response
