  In October 2021, I first encountered *************************** of ZTTX as a consultant for Alki Decking, in regards to a deck remodel. Zeb said he'd be able to get started on designs right away, including 3D modeling, so we could begin the permit process. We never received those plans, but went ahead and signed for more work, including permit drawings, management and submission, for our deck. We were told the deck plans had been sent in to the city for permit approval (multiple witnesses), though have called the city of Burien and found out they were never submitted. We have barely received anything off these contracts, and have been lied to about the permit being submitted months ago (it still hasn't been, according to the city of Burien).Before we uncovered the web of lies, our bathroom malfunctioned and we signed on with Zeb in March 2022 to create designs, a plan, and estimates for the bathroom, as well as to manage any subcontactors. He did NONE of this, except to get the bathroom demoed and find us a subpar contractor (who he does not manage), and write a terrible contract that has brought nothing but grief, time, and money for both me and the general contractor. I requested a refund for services unrendered, and for breaches in the contract. Zeb never responded and did not refund me. (I will upload the contracts and this email, which I know he got because he emailed his co-worker about it.)Moreover, ******************* of ZTTX and ***** does not, as far as I can tell, have an active business license in WA or OR, nor a WA state UBI number. He collected tax, despite not having a tax number. He does not have an active construction license either, which I believe is necessary, even if you are subcontracting others to do the work. Yet, I signed checks over to this business, and this business was on the contract. Ergo, Zeb mispresented himself and his business and I believe defrauded **** expect a refund for services unrendered and ALL taxes, which is $6268.56. ******* is tax
