Dates: June 2022 - present Amount of money paid : 3-4K Business ********************** services - not having homosexual agenda pushed on self, uneasy feeling that counselor was sizing me up. He asked rather un related questions.Nature of dispute: Client deserves a refund for a minimum of 6 sessions at $75 each+ phone voicemails that were charged at $75 each .plus wasted time and anguish. Unless you light a fire they dont respond unless you get their intention.Whether or not business has tried to resolve the problem - yes and no..they appear to not be interested in a refund for Zachs services..and they want to continue charging $75 per phone call.Account order #: self no assigned #Business response

Acadia Northwest does not disclose PHI or other client identifying information without a legally executed release of information, or legally executed court order, but we will respond to all complaints in a general fashion as to not diminish the fact that we take all complaints seriously. 1 Acadia Northwest is an inclusive environment and will never discriminate based on sexual orientation, gender, race, color, political affiliation, or religion. We strive to place all people with the appropriate counselors and if issues arise due to fit or personal preference, we are happy to place individuals with another counselor of their choosing. 2 Our fee agreement is clearly posted in all common areas of the agency and the intake paperwork has a copy that is signed and agreed upon by anyone receiving services. The number of services is highly dependent on a patients condition and compliance or non-compliance, including testing positive for illicit substances, which would most likely lead to prolonged stays and increased number of services. 3 We are proud to offer the most easily accessible,environment possible by offering ****************** and virtual platforms that eliminate the need for unnecessary travel thus removing one of the barriers that has traditionally prevented individuals from accessing needed services.Individuals are not required to use one of these platforms and can attend their appointments in a more traditional way by coming in to one of our sites, but if an individual does not specify, we will opt for the most convenient option which is through Telehealth. We will continue to find a option for this individual and facilitate a successful completion but that outcome is highly contingent on the participants ability to comply with the ****** Administrative Rule governing such individuals.
