I registered for Ask Nicelys ** code generation and survey integration service on September 30th, 2022. The service also included customer support via video chat on an as needed basis. The service stopped working on November 9th, 2022. By November 9th, the ** code was unreadable, and the surveys were not accessible. Login information to the companys website had unexpectedly stopped working. The amount I was charged for service which was not provided in November 2022, December 2022 and January 2023 was $400/month, equaling $1,200 total. Ask Nicely continues to charge me on a monthly basis, despite explaining to me that the issue will be rectified, this is not the experience that is typical from our customers and we will have someone follow up with you. Since November 9th, 2022 when Ive been told there will be a follow up, the company has failed to resolve this issue, including a failure to stop charging my card and a failure to provide customer support.
