- This refund policy covers the circumstances under which Regnal Media, LLC may in its discretion provide refunds, and is part of the Terms of Service. By using our service, you are accepting this Refund Policy. If you do not agree to the Refund Policy, please do not use our service(s).
REGNAL MEDIA, LLC may amend its Refund Policy at any time by posting a revised Refund Policy on the Site, and/or sending information regarding the amendment to the email address you provide to REGNAL MEDIA, LLC You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Site to obtain timely notice of such amendments. You shall be deemed to have accepted such amendments by continuing use of the Site or of your Account after such amendments have been posted or information about such amendments has been sent to you.
The two types of refunds that REGNAL MEDIA, LLC provides are for (1) First Time Purchases and (2) Recurring Payments. Refunds are provided in the form of crediting your Account balance with funds that may be used for future purchases of ads and subscriptions. The following is our refund policy for each type:
First Time Purchases:
The first time you make a purchase of an advertisement is a first time purchase. You must read all of the details provided for the applicable ad and be sure that you fully understand exactly what you are purchasing, including but not limited to the price, location, number of ads sold in that zone, whether or not the ads rotate, etc. If, however, you wish to request a refund, you must notify us of your request within 72 hours of making your First-Time Purchase. We will consider such a request on a case-by-case basis if your First-Time Purchase meets the following criteria:
You purchased two ads in the same 24-hour period by accident; or
The publisher changed the location of the ads during your purchase.
Recurring Payments:
Advertisements are sold as subscriptions, with each subscription period renewing every 30 days. In other words, when you purchase an advertisement you are setting up a recurring payment that will continue to automatically renew and re-bill every 30 days until it is canceled. You must understand and be aware of your active ads and subscriptions. Each payment, other than your initial payment for the first subscription period, is a recurring payment. If you wish to cancel a subscription, you must do so at least 30 days before the date it is scheduled to automatically renew and re-bill. In other words, if your Next Bill Date is June 15, and you do not want your subscription to continue, then you must cancel your subscription no later than May 15th. If you do not cancel your subscription on time, we will consider a refund request for a Recurring Payment on a case by case basis if you have submitted a refund request to us no later than 24 hours after the Recurring Payment was renewed or re-billed. In the example above, you would need to submit a refund request no later than the end of day of June 16. In addition, your Recurring Payment must meet the following criteria:
This was your first Recurring Payment and you did not realize (although it is stated at checkout) that you were subscribing to the ad(s) and were unaware that the ad(s) would renew if not timely canceled; or
There was a documented cancellation prior to the first recurring payment.

On April 24, 2017, BBB recognized a pattern of complaints from consumers regarding advertising, contract, delivery and customer service issues. Consumers allege company is selling advertising on tablets to be used in local restaurants on table tops. After paying for the advertising, consumers find the restaurants have never agreed to use the tablets and the tablets are not found at the restaurants as promised by the company.
On April 24, 2017, BBB notified the company of the complaint pattern. On January 22, 2018, Regnal Media provided BBB the following response to the allegations.
"As far as the "pattern of complaints" we have made changes to production, staffing, and contracts to improve our customers experience. First off, we never sell advertising on restaurants without verbal and written consent from the owner of the venue. We have also added a small bit of liability to the restaurants contract to ensure the participation of the venue once tablets arrive. Our staff has been trained to relay this to the clients. Lastly our production staff and budget was greatly increased last year to ensure we are meeting deadlines well before our time has expired. We have seen these changes greatly increase customer participation and eliminate a lot of the concerns previously to be had."
On August 16, 2018, BBB conducted a review of the company’s complaints and reviews. The pattern of complaints that BBB previously reported appears to have increased. Since the company responded to BBB on January 22, 2018, they have received 40 new complaints and 16 negative reviews. Customers continue to allege that they have paid for advertising that was never delivered. Further, consumers claim that the company is not responsive to customer service inquiries and will not issue refunds. The company has stopped responding to complaints filed with BBB.
