I ordered a puppy ****** a silver Labrador retriever on September 5th 2024. She was supposed to arrive September 13th 2024. I called and emailed multiple times no response. I used my secondary email to show interest in the same puppy and they responded immediately. They scammed me out of $988.40...Initial Complaint

I found Lab Love kennels online and sent a contact request. I was immediately emailed and provided information from ******* *****. It all seemed legit. Over two weeks, we communicated, I completed a purchase order and paid via ACH. I was asked to pay via ******** which was red flag number 1. I was then told that the *** could not be accepted and would be refunded in 3-5 days, red flag 2. This did not happen. They sent another payment request which I almost completed, red flag 3. I didnt, called the bank and reported that I hadnt received a refund. My bank refunded me and went after payoneer. ******** then blocked my account. LOL. I am not sure of the finality of the resolution yet. The names that the money is being sent to are Indian names or names that are clearly not American (******* ******). ********* scam.Initial Complaint

I went on to the *********************************** website to inquire about a dog I was interested in on 7/30. Someone responded back with details with pictures and how to move forward. Then received and email on 8/1 with a link to pay $950. I used my debit card. A few days passed with no response after I reached out numerous times. Then on 8/6 someone responded saying I would receive a refund within 1-2 business days due to an issue with their payment gateway. Then stated if I was still interested in the adoption on the puppy they would send me a new link. I paid again using the new link for $988.40. Next I received an email stating the puppy would be shipped with additional information on the tracking. Now, I still have not seen the refund and I haven't heard from anyone after several calls and emails to the contact information I have.
