      On 11/24/21 I contacted West Side Electric Co. to resolve an electric outage. The tech arrived that afternoon and explained the switch, at the electrical panel, was not correctly repositioned. Additionally, the overhead light switch was not working correctly. Without any conversation, he stripped the coating on the electric wire and reattached it to the switch. He then replaced the faceplate ( I had removed prior to his visit). I asked if there was any service order doc to be signed and he indicated there was not. Immediately after his departure I found the problem still existed with the switch. I was billed $245/VA disc. 10% and under protest paid $220,50 (#******#*********. I contacted West Side Electric Co. advising of the continued problem. The tech returned and this time he removed the faceplate (after depressing it above the switch to find the overhead lights went out) and replaced the switch. There was no conversation regarding the need for a new switch at any time. I again asked if there was any documentation needing my acknowledgement and again he indicated there was not. The second visit billed under #******#********** dated 2//21/22,notes that the 2nd visit is not under warranty as there was a denial of the need of a new switch on the 1st visit. This is not the case. THERE WAS NO CONVERSATION REGARDING THE SWITCH AT ANY TIME. I am requesting your service to resolve this matter. I am committed to refusal of payment and will, if forced, secure professional assistance. I am a senior lady without much tech knowledge regarding uploading of documents, but if necessary I will obtain assistance to provide the billings/email(s) pertaining to this issue upon your request. Please provide the address if required to resolve this matter.
