$200 and $100 deposited Hello there, It saddens me that I do have to report a company that does Princess ********** My child had a birthday but the mermaid did not show, I kept giving the address to the owner and he kept saying she was there when she was not and it was a big scam- they eventually refunded my deposit. That however, is not what I need reported- the company is now messaging my ******** friends/real friends and telling them I harassed them, threatened them and called the actress ugly and it is very much not true. You see, I posted on ******** groups about my experience along with complaining to the owner through email and now ***** the owner of Dragob Puppet theater and princesses in ****** is slandering my name and I just wanted my daughter to have her birthday surprise which her tears shouldve said enough as she never arrived. Not only Is he slandering me but he is lying about our email conversations saying I called the actress ugly. I have all emails and evidence with fellow parents at the party to support me as well as the workers at Emlers in ******** who were so gracious and watched as the character did not show.Business response

Hello,
We received a $100 Non-refundable deposit and this client has still issued a full refund within 5 minutes of cancelation. When booking I failed to collect the correct address for *****'s *********** (that has multiple locations). We accidentally went to somone else's party. My contractors realized it was the wrong party within 10 min of being there and left to find the right one. For some reason they went to another location that was not the right one.
I offered the service for free along with a full refund, but they were on a strict time schedule and we were too late for that time frame. She canceled the interaction and hung up.on us while I was on the phone trying to help the Mermaid performer get all the info sorted out. After she sent us an angry email and I issued a full apology. I usually would have offered free services to make up for it but she made it clear that she did not want to work with us and that the Girl I sent was ugly *** that she was glad we never came.
Afterwards the next day she posted on several ******** groups and my own bussiness page. Several of her friends called us a scam. She threatened my company's reputation and I only responded to one of the posts privately. Her friend ********************* publicly mocked an event post we had and I simply explained to her my side of the story through that private message. I have attached the email and screenshots of the online harassment we have received up until this point.
At no point did we publicly make any untrue statements. I also have attached an email. I received from from the other party we accidentally went to thinking it was the correct client.

I am rejecting this response because: Youre still not telling the truth and no one called your character ugly. There are no harassments I gave you so please look that law up or ****** what harassment is so you can educate yourself. Your a business and clients can complain if not satisfied and I am able to do so with freedom of speech. Your response to this is ill- your a business owner and should know better.
