THIS COMMANY IS SCAM. Wish I would have read the reviews prior to ordering. ************** were a bit slow when ordering the product, but once I paid for the tub they complete dropped off. Phone goes straight to voicemail, mailbox full and and no response on email. Ordered the tub in October 2023 and haven't received it yet (Jan. ****) and am not expecting to after reading other complaints. Can the BBB please intervene take the website down, its a scam.Initial Complaint

On 01/27/2021 I paid $514.00 for a Black Tub and Coil Combo and a High Pressure Regulator it is now 12/29/2022 and I have not received the product or a full refund after 20+ attempts at communicating with your business. No one answers the phone or returns my emails. I am still requesting a full refund at this time.
