I called prior to ordering to see if i could swop a large apecialty pizza for melts using my rewatds h we said No problem just note it in order so i did placed my order it was not what i ordered was even wrong ingrediants so i called right away and got s rude snotty person named ***** who was VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL i told her my complaint and she hung up on me the melts are $16 for2 orders and special pizza is $24 the melts are not on point menu thats why i called i also ordered tomatos on side and they were not included I was charged $24.00 and want a Refund of intire charge or refund my 350 rewards pointsInitial Complaint

I placed an order on 3/13 in the amount of $39.77 on the Pizza Hut app. Because the store was short on drivers they passed my order on to a third party delivery service, door dash. 25 minutes after I received notification that my order was picked up by ******** she told me she could not find my home. After looking into it I found the app auto populated my address and I explained to her that I was actually 4 miles away. The dasher who then got annoyed told me that since it wasnt her fault she was going to deliver her other orders first and it would be another 25 minutes. I told her that would put her in possession of my order for almost an hour and Im not going to accept cold food as pizza hut has a 30 minute delivery policy and it was not my fault the app changed my address. I also was not comfortable with her driving around with my food especially since I did not order through DoorDash. I told her to take the order back to the store and I would call for a refund. I called the customer service line and explained the situation. They assured me that I would receive a refund within 2-5 business days. When that didnt happen I tried to reach the store manager without success, I tried reaching a supervisor on the customer service line and was disconnected, I sent an email which they responded it would be forwarded to the store and I still have yet to hear back or receive a refund. Since the reps at Pizza Hut have no interest in simply returning my money as promised I am forced to file with the BBB.Initial Complaint

Transaction date 12/27 Spent around 25-30$ I found an unidentified object in my food and nearly choked. It was a small round and hard object I had to expel and spit out and I have no idea what it is but its not food, thats for sure. I reported this to an employee and they were very rude in response and claimed to notify a manager but there wasnt one on duty and Ive yet to hear back. This is infuriating as this could have been much much worse and Im happy Im actually okay but this store is showing no remorse and will not contact me for resolution.Initial Complaint

On September 30th i placed an order at Pizza Hut in ************* ******, for two large pizzas and breadsticks. Went to have some of the leftover pizza on October 2nd and found a piece of metal in my pizza. Called pizza hut and the manager,***** did not understand what happened and kept saying he was confused. Went down to the store and an employee,****, thought the whole thing was funny and the manager refused to come out and speak with us. We got a refund for the order but the way they handle their business and actual concerns for safety as I could have chocked or worse. When we called corporate they didnt even care nor understand what happened.Initial Complaint

On 4/28/23 I had enough points (300) to order a free large 2 topping pizza. I built the order on line using the ************************************ out and didn't release the points back to my account. I then had to recreate the order that same night and pay full price. I had thought the points would go back on my account in a day or two. No points were ever added back to my account. I reached out to their customer service **** by email SEVERAL times (5/6, 5/7, 5/8, 5/9, 7/12/23), even asking for a manager or supervisor to call me. They just kept sending back the same template response, my points are correct. If they look at my account, they will see on the same date, 4/28/23, 300 points were used but the pizza was paid for, not points were applied. There should be over 700 points available for me. My real frustration is the lack quality control on customer service, no manager or supervisor seeing all my emails or just not contacting me. My issue is with customer service at the call center, not with the location where we receive our pizza, they are excellent there!
