      I scheduled an appointment on Friday, May 13th for Sunday, May 15th. The appointment was with *********************************. I was required to give a 50% deposit which totaled in $72.50. My debit card was charged on the 13th for this amount. I cancelled the appointment with more than 24 hours notice and should have received my deposit back. It took several attempts to get ahold of anyone at the business regarding this. Someone finally got ahold of me and advise the refund could take up to two weeks. It has now been three weeks and I still have not gotten my deposit back.

      Hi

      I checked with my booking system and ***************************** was refunded ***** the full amount she was charged as of June 4th . 

      Vagaro originally had told me it took upto 14 days to refund , and that usually clients automatically refunded, but they had to manually refund her since it didt work Originally. Attached is the receipt, and And I attempted  to contact was made to contact ****** to make sure she got her receipt.
