Absolutely terrible, we wasted a lot of time when we ordered from here. Our contractor rejected the material and it was clearly a terrible product and they gave us a return but pocketed $400 for shipping fees. Which is absolutely ridiculous. Especially considering the fact that we reported everything right away and returned it early on and all that. It was also a defect that was on them! I dont understand why they would not give us a full return.

The flooring in question had no issues when reviewed by our technical team, please see below. 98% of flooring related issues are caused from installation, or user errors. We always let the customer know up front that if the product does have a defect that a full refund will be made, but if no defect is found after we review the product, there will be a deduction for the shipping costs back to us because these are added costs that should not have incurred. Their original purchase was $2392.03, return shipping was $355.82, giving them a $2036.21 refund. There are a lot of "contractors" that do not install flooring enough to know the right techniques for some of the latest products. We do what we can to help the customer even when the issue is not a product defect.
