So me and my ex were staying at 641 commercial apartment 1 we had decided to go our separate ways I had found an apartment I decided to stay to move she said she'd get evicted so I changed my mind and decided to stay until taxes nice guy right well I told her that I would not be able to babysit as much as I had been and so she threw a fit and ended up pressing false domestic violence charges my complaint is is that these charges are false they're unfounded they're not true they will get beaten 100%, how can the realtor use it to get me out off the lease I tried to explain that's a little unnecessary don't you think considering the reason they gave is it's because of the restraining order but the restraining order is enough to keep me from there that's just extra for them to take me off especially since they don't know what is going on I even gave them the details and everything and it didn't matter because they said the ordinance stuff I think that's something that really really needs to be fixed when everything is said and done I was the one who was abused and I got ripped out of my home and then now now somehow without any form of prosecution I get removed from release it's ridiculous I tried to explain that to the leasing people but they were not hearing it it's okay but I would like at least my deposit money back if I'm being forced off the lease and she should have to renew the lease this is not cool how do I get my half of the deposit money back why does she get to stay when she's the one who assaulted me it's honestly not their place to do anything like that especially since it hasn't gone to court yet and nothing has been decided nothing has been resolved it is purely an allegation I could say that the person reading this assaulted me and the cops would come and get whoever is reading this I kid you not that is how the system is set up please tell them to chill until at least after the court date or yeah I don't know

      *******,

We received a copy of court documents and the restraining order that state you cannot be within 150 ft of the other leaseholder at the property, as such we are required to post the 24-hour Termination Notice (ORS ******) that removes you from the lease and cannot permit you to be on-site. You were forcibly removed from the property by the police due to the restraining order that is in effect, which was not an action taken by us, but an action taken by the ****** government and police.

If court documents are provided after the court hearing that show the restraining order is no longer in effect, we can reassess the situation then. Until then our hands are tied, because this is a civil matter dealing with domestic abuse and domestic abuse victims are a protected class under *******************.

Additionally, it is blatant harassment and interference with Management pursuant to section 4.8 of the rental agreement to continue to spam the text threads, emails, and report us to the BBB for a case that we are not directly involved in. We are just doing our job as outlined by ****** rental law. ****, our leasing agent, has been forthright in listening to your side of the story and has expressed to you that until we have the required documentation from you that the civil case is resolved we cannot do anything at this time.

You are more than welcome to appeal with us on the termination notice after your hearing date with Clatsop County. Please make sure to provide documentation of the dismissal of the case when contacting our office with the appeal.
