I have contacted this company several times to get my refund back. Ive been told every time I’ve called in the past 4 months that the CEO would call me back. Now the company just simply is ignoring my calls. This company has been paid twice for their service. My insurance paid it and I paid $210 as well which they are now saying I only have $160 credit because of a co-pay. I don’t even have co-pays on blood work. Regardless of amount they just won’t send it to me. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. This company should not be allowed to hold my money as again, they already were paid. ************Business response

I just received a bill for $5,186.94 from a ************ collection agency trying to say that this was from Parkway Clinical laboratory. I have dealt with this lab before through Dr. ******* ****, my physician, as all of the drug testing from 2019-2020 was through this lab, HOWEVER, Dr. **** stated that the agreement with this lab was that whatever the lab received from my insurance company would be sufficient payment and they were not to bill me for the rest. This is a shady company, going against the agreement with Dr. **** and trying to bill me for $5k! I want this debt to be taken off or I will report them to FTC or ****,whoever I'm able to report them to.Business response

Dear BBB, ****************** has had 21 dates of service with our company for which her insurance company has never paid us anything. She is correct in that we would accept whatever the insurance paid as full and final payment however her insurance has denied every single claim we have ever filed with them. We have also sent her letters stating she needs to contact her insurance to report on coordination of benefits as the insurance company demanded this. To my knowledge she never reached out to them and again her insurance has never paid us anything. Ive attached a letter from her insurance company showing one of the denials. It is referencing previously requested information that they didn't receive which is referring to the coordination of benefits reporting they needed from ******************. I would be happy to offer her a reduced settlement if she would be willing to pay.
Best,
***************************

I had 2 covid tests through work. I got a bill for over $600 and I called them and emailed them numerous times to rectify. I finally spoke to someone and told me to get the claims and send to them. I did that. Not heard a word for 9 mos. Got a collection notice. They told me to get in touch with them. I left a message and email. Had heard anything back.Business response

I work for a ********************** ****** in Delaware who had a contract with Parkway Clinical Laboratories to perform state required Covid-19 PCR testing. Under the contract payment for the testes were covered by the State of Delaware. I have been receiving bills from Parkway in the amount of $387 for a test that was conducted on 5/16/2022. I never received my the test results as they were sent directly to my employer. I should not be billed and I have reached out to Parkway disputing the charges. I am still receiving bills from Parkway and this is a dispute between them, the state of Delaware, and ********************** ******. The account representative failed to inform ***********************, ADON at **** we would be charged.Business response

After reviewing the patients account, it was determined that her health insurance was non responsive to our claim submission in June 2022. Subsequently the patient received a bill. As of Jan 10, 2023, the patient called our office and spoke with one of my billing staff, she explained that her health insurance company has no record of the claim on file and would like us to resubmit the claim. The claim was resubmitted to the patient’s health insurance on Jan 10, 2023 and the patient no longer has a balance on file with our company.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:I filed a claim with the BBB in December of 2022 regarding a bill for service in which I should never have been billed by Parkway Clinical Lab. On January 10, 2023 I received an update from Parkway stating the charges have been removed. The charges have not been removed and I am now being billed for a test that was done on 6/1/2022 which was never ordered. I was required by my employer **** ****** ****** ****** to have a covid test done as a requirement for employment by the State of Delaware. I have made every attempt to have these charges dropped and was told they have been. I am not a patient of Dr. *******, I never received the test results for said tests that were performed. I am seeking to have all charges removed as the billing needs to be redirected to **** ****** ****** ******.
Billing adjustment; All charges dropped

pls see attached $0 balance patient statement for ******* *********. The patient was issued a bill because of lack of response from her insurance company to PCL. An invoice was sent to her along with a notification to send us the EOB she had received from the insurance company. We have since cleared her balance and reached out to her on the phone to get the EOB.
