I visited chickies n Pete’s Saturday Nov 19 I ordered the 3 crabs after eating one of the crabs I began to feel a lil sick I cracked the next leg smelled it and it was complete ammonia. I told waiter he took them I ordered chicken wings ate 1 still was feeling a little sick. Left went home got sick looked at chicken it wasn’t done. I called next morning they told me the General manager was out and he was the manager told him the situation he said I could bring the chicken back as for the crabs nobody else reported to be sick I should seek medical attention.Business response

I am following up on the attached complaint that was submitted to the Better Business Bureau. We take food quality, safety and guest service very seriously. I discussed the incident that took place on Saturday November 19th with the General Manager of the location. When we received the complaint about the crabs from the guest we removed them from the bill and asked the guest if we could make them something else. The guest requested wings. We made the guest wings and the guest ended up taking them home with them. The guest called back the next morning and said there was a problem with the wings. When the manager that was on duty took the phone call and offered to replace the wings the guest became irate, belligerent and cursed at the manager. We tried multiple times to take care of the guest in this situation and make it right.

I am rejecting this response because:I end up getting sick from the bad crabs and raw chicken. I was told to take it up with my Dr and I could bring the wings back for a refund how and why would I of saved raw chicken to bring back to them and how would I if I’m sick from your food. They had no choice but to take the crabs of the bill after they sold me seafood that got me extremely sick and I had to miss work that’s not fair the food should of not been served I could of died from eating bad seafood and raw chicken
