Purchased in October pd canadian was converted to American but shipped from ***** order stuck in ** since November 5th. FORWARDING to now we're on a rotation strike with Canada post since the 15th plenty of time to ship parcel in my opinion is lost there. Hasn't moved. **************** keeps pushing it of on me to ***** down package..no discount. Nothing. The company is run by a lier who advertises hassle free returns and does not provide them. The company tries to get you to accept a 30% refund. They are criminals, do not purchase shoes from this company.Review from Lina P

Shoes poorly designed; erroneous sizing; Website says money back guarantee; return for refund by emailing for shipping instructions. When I emailed for refund, first told to keep wearing for 45 days; then told to keep shoes but order another pair; then told to donate to ************** and will refund after proof of donation. This company will never send the refund. Its a scam. Do not buy from them.Review from Kay C

Cheap shoes. I ordered a pair of shoes for my 89 year old mother. The surgical shoes you receive from the hospital are a higher quality than the ones I purchased from Comfort Wear. I tried numerous times to ask for a refund and received emails back giving me multiple other options besides a refund. I even screenshot a picture of their refund policy and sent to them. Still, no offer of a refund. Final offer was for me to take to ************** and send in the receipt and they would refund me based on that. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I could not even get the shoes on without a 5 minute struggle. Okay, I blame that on the high rigid tongue of the shoe and my high instep. I requested a return and refund. Was told no - just wear them for 45 days. I can't wear them - asked for the refund and return again. Then they told me they would give me a 30% refund. No, I want a full refund. Then they took the 30% offer away and gave me some other options, none of which included being able to return the shoes or get a refund. This company is a fraud. Scam of a company. Cheaply made shoes that you cant get a full refund for. These are selling on ****** for half the price by other vendors. Im stuck with 2 pairs of crappy shoes from them. The sites reviews have to be fake. Beware and if youre set on buying them do it off ****** where you cant at least return them.Review from ANN C

False advertising. Free returns stated but cant even get a return label that I am happy to pay for return and refund. Dont get sucked in, total scam. But I wont stop until I get my refund! Will be placing a charge back on company. No one should be treated unfairly from a company. Does not rate 1 star but unable to submit without 1!Review from April D

I don't know how many times it will take me to learn never ever buy anything from ******** platform ...The quality of these shoes is subpar and that's being nice they feel like water sock material and something you'd find at a ending in (mart) store clearance bin. They were at least kind enough to respond to my return request after several emails back and forth and them requesting photos from me they offered me either 30 percent or another pair of the shoes I didnt like..agian Do Not Buy From ********Review from Trishonda M

ComfortWear robbed me!They ept my payment and did not send me my purchase. The claimed they delivered twice. But the tracking # shows delivery in two different locations that are not mines. I requested a refund. Instead, they me to make another purchase and they would give me 30% off the 2nd pair.Of, I told them no I want a full refund. The communication stopped and I never heard from them again. Also, I tried looking up there phone number but it was so many different names which lead to no direct line and a fraudulent purchase. According to my eperience this compay shows poor customer service, business ethics, and shipping qualities.
