My lady friend and I are long time walkers at the **********, which uses Allied. On Friday 11-8-24 we were told by some girl from the office, who was not even in uniform, we were not permitted in the mall till 9 AM. After years of coming here, we feel we were discriminated against as we are senior citizens. Security lets other walkers in to use the gym, young ladies in their 20's and 30's and they roam freely through the mall until their class begins, and nothing is ever said to them.

Yeah Im not sure who this may help but I was set to start working here after talking to a ******* ***** my mind was immediately changed ! Hes rude combative and dont know how to speak to those whom hes bringing on to his team and making them feel you know welcoming of the job no it was the complete opposite. Im not so sure who his boss is but upon research and others complaints or reviews of this company the professionalism doesnt matter. I was warned various times before even processing with working for allied. Im sad because I really was thankful and appreciative of the opportunity but I refuse to work under verbal abuse that has been my life the past 6 years with different managers and its not heart warming at all. Knowing you have to go to work and defend yourself against whoever ! I know this probably wont change much but him as whatever roll he is , is very disheartening I dont know if he has children daughters at that but no man should ever speak to a female in the fashion he did me and probably others! I understand authority but there is a way you speak to people and a way of being professional he is NOT!

Well, Ive had two encounters in three days with these people, They are absolutely the second worst security service that they have an H-E-B is using them here in ******, ******! Ive been in ****** for eight years now and didnt have a problem until now. I went to HEB I was hungry and I ate my food in my car. I was resting after a very stressful legal discussion with law-enforcement-Internal affairs. These guys wont let you sit in your car even five minutes without harassing you. I realize theres a homeless problem in ****** however, discrimination should not be part of the equation! Fast-forward three days, I went to H-E-B and got a few items and had to go back in to return some items. I come back to my car with a splitting headache that started a little bit earlier than the day and progressively got worse. I take some medication and then one of these Allied Universal guys come and harass me yet again. I asked him not to shine the light in my face and told him what was going on, then he proceeded to ask me my name to harass me further. I declined. He was a complete and utter jerk! Their training needs to be improved greatly because he asks your name, but wont give you his. Their names are not large enough on their badges to see at any distance! I wish I could post photos here as well because I would. *** has hired the 2nd worst security company that there could possibly. I realize that its difficult being a security guard however when somebody is telling you that theres a health situation & waiting for it to resolve, they need to back off really quickly because theyre about to end up in a lawsuit. There needs to be a class action in my opinion! They need to give their names before asking anything, & they need to observe a whole lot better because they are piss-poor at their jobs from the encounters that I have had which is two to-many in three days. I mind my own business and they need to do the same, especially when nobody is doing anything wrong!

ZERO STARTS FOR THIS COMPANY OF ABSOLUTE ANIMALS.! I've left a review about this disgusting company before, they just continue to be absolute communist. I work at ******* in ***** ***** they provide security at that location. I'm going to have to call 911 on them if they try to lock me in there again. They think they have some kind of authority over people. The first time the supervisor, her name i found out after is ******* *****, locked me and a couple other people in there, because they lock the gate at 6pm and it was just after 6 by a couple mins, we were trying to leave to go home and had to walk about 9 hundred feet around to get to our cars after working there 11 hours that day on our feet all day. Something need to be done about these people they have no respect for people. How can they not be BBB accredited? After all these years I'm business, they don't answer to anyone. That need to change. ZERO STARS FOR THESE COMMUNIST.

I went through the entire hiring process. Passed everything, even got a the security license. I accepted a job offer two months ago and never got a call to pick up uniforms or to report to work. When I finally reached out I was told to do a walk in or reapply for an interview. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Poor lack of communication. Glad I never quit my prior job when I accepted that job offer.

Security guard to Site Supervisor I have not had a good experience with this company. I will be leaving the company soon but I wanted the better business bureau to aware that this company steals from their employees. Several of their employees havent gotten paid or their checks are incorrect. Apparently this has been going on with the **************** for awhile. Everyone that works for Allied Universal should complain about this company.

Dont waste your time dealing with these people they are sooooooo unprofessional, and that big b**** with the bullet around her neck is so unprofessional. All of them are very unprofessional, thats why you always see a lot of BUMS working for them, the staff are BUMS!!!!! Dont deal with them !

As a Guard, my Account Manger is never present. you message him and he will never respond. he even hired someone as a middle man just to avoid us contacting him. You text the Account manger its the middle man replying as if hes too above us to speak to you directly. and dont even get me started on him forgetting to pay people. Guards OT hours have been cut or not counted because he forgot or was busy and when you do get the money youre taxed on it again! If the job market wasnt in the trash i would leave i am literally stuck here. We recently got a raise and was told guards who have certain added certifications would receive an added .50 on top of the raise. that was a lie!!

I would select 0 stars if i could. WORST company to work for. They have horrible training, Make you sign off on training that was not completed and then write you up for something you don't know. HR is a JOKE, and is no help. You file complaints and then they terminate you for reporting issues at work sites. Pay a arm and leg for benefits and they are horrible. They don't give vacation or days off. No communication or respect between management . I was Terminated for using the restroom and taking a seat because i was tired after working a 16.5 hour shift and returning to work for another 16 hours with less than 6 hours of sleep. I work at at site that is in **** violations as they have people working there NOT cleared to work there, and manager brags about to it everyone. Manager has NO teeth Wonder why this company can't keep employees. And they have multiple lawsuits against them with another one coming their way. Have multiple statements from employees at the site that are witnesses to the bullying that is taking place at my location.

This review is in regards to the **************************************************** *******, ** location. They'll hire you, have you go through onboarding, online training, and *** training, then never message you again, or respond to anything you send them. Nor do they even send you the *** certification that you went through the training for. Stay far away from this company. Even HR won't answer back. This is easily the most unprofessional security company I have ever encountered.
