On September 5, 2022, ******************************* (fiance) and I went to Bluechip Farms and adopted a dog named ******. We were told by Bluechip Staff that the dog was great with other dogs and kids. We brought the dog home and he was aggressive with our other dog and physically harmed ******** by jumping on her and knocking her down leaving a large scratch down her leg. I was forced to tie the dog to a bed rail and monitor him all night. The next morning at approximately 9:30 a.m. , less than 24 hours we returned the dog to Bluechip Farms as being unmanageable. We were told by a Staff Member who received the dog that she would refund my payment of $250.00 through my debit card. When I returned home there was an email on ********** computer stating Thank you for your donation of $250.00. I called and emailed Bluechip several times to retrieve my money, I received no response.Initial Complaint

Adoption of a dog was "approved" Tuesday, June 14th, 2022. After financial transaction was complete, adoption was then refused and a "refund issued". Refund has still not been received.
