I had paid to have a car I bought registered to me, was given a pink slip that is now expired and never received my car title. Spoke to the dmv several times to verify that no paperwork was ever filed with them concerning the service I paid forInitial Complaint

On 6/7/2021 my daughter and I went to Ott's to have a title transfer performed. As of today, the new title and registration card have not arrived. According to PennDOT, they never received the paperwork for the transfer. We paid $203 for the transfer ($103 for PennDOT + $100 notary fee). We are not seeking anything other than receiving the title and registration. The vehicle is going to need inspected soon so I need the title in order to renew the registration. I have tried calling, but the phone has been disconnected.
