      They dinged my credit 18 points for a T-mobile account I never had! I called T-moblie and I never had an account with T-mobile! They insist I owe them money!

      I received a collection letter regarding a debt that was addressed with the original creditor in claims court. The case was dismissed because the original creditor failed to appear. I've submitted a dispute notice which included A my consumer info B issue default loan/served papers C Court judgement/case dismissed D Requested the date TSI acquired this account from original creditor (****************).The response I received from TSI was a copy of agreement with original creditor. That is NOT what I asked for. Very unsatisfied with TSI follow through. This account is closed and no money is owed.

      I started working at TSI (Transworld Systems **** September 3rd, 2024 as a **************** Representative. I have been clocking in and out at 9am-6pm Monday-Friday. My class started on a Tuesday (the day after Labor day). The last payday was September 13th (Friday) and my class was supposed to receive pay via direct deposit but instead they informed us that we may receive paper checks for the first round of pay for verification purposes. Fast forward to payday and a handful of my classmates received direct deposits but majority of the class did not receive any pay including myself. Another week and an additional week goes by and at this point and I have informed my trainer and HR *** directed me to ADP but ADP is telling me that the checks were already sent out to TSI. I confirmed my address with HR *** and it was correct. It is now 9/22/2024 and I still have not received my first check but still show up for my shift everyday ON time. Another payroll is approaching on 9/27/2024 and I am hoping I receive that check and my first check as well. This is unacceptable for anyone to work for free basically and no urgency to help.

      Called Transworld because they showed up on my credit report. They could not tell me what the debt was unless I paid a small fee of 1.00. I paid the fee (it showed up as a charge from Standard scores) and then they tried to pressure me into a debt relief program encouraged me to not call the original creditors cause they could dispute it and get removed if I paid the transworld fee of ****** a month. I eventually disconnected the call because I wanted to pay my debt. Received an email from Standard scores today congratulating me for signing up for credit monitoring at ***** a month!

      I have received 5 calls sp far today as of 1:41 pm August 29th 2024. I called them back and asked them to stop calling me and their **************** Representative was extremely rude. They refuse to leave a message. This is Harassment. Under Canadian law they can only call me 3 times a day or a total of 7 times in a week. I am going to start legal action if it keeps continuing. I would give them negative stars if I could

      This company has the most disrespectful employees and customer service respresentative. *** contacted them twice and was hung up on by 2 different female representatives. Horrible horrible horrible!

      I called in June of this year to handle a debt that popped up rather mysteriously on my credit report for a *** bill. I have not had a *** account in 5+ years. The representative I spoke with had me sign up for two services (Credit Wellness and Credit Score Hero) and assured me that they would have the report wiped from my credit history. I was assured I would receive monthly updates on the progress of the dispute. Money back guarantee.Today I called to check on the progress and had an hour conversation, being transferred multiple times. It would appear, somehow and miraculously, that Transworld Systems **** is in fact NOT associated with the services I was signed up for when I called two months ago. Confused and frustrated, I just paid the debt on my report as it has prevented me from getting an apartment. I am very displeased with the service I have received from this collection agency. I am also concerned that their system has been infiltrated by fraudulent associates.

      I checked my Credit Karma and TSI was in collections for $352 on June 18, 2024. I called today and spoke with ************ and he wanted me to pay $1.00 fee, to provide me with information on who the original creditor was, account number, payment history etc. I explained to him that this is illegal and that he is supposed to provide me with this information. I called my son to have him check his credit report and he has a $352 collection that was placed on his account June 24, 2024. How ironic is that. The guy tried to convince me to pay so it would reflect on my credit report.
