I ordered a pair of work boots on November 10. We recieved them on November 17. The boots had damage to the inside of the sole and were unwearable. I put it for an exchange and followed the directions they gave me. I recieved my tracking information with all of the details including the color and size of the boot. The next day I sent the defective pair back. Two weeks later I recieve the exchange however their a size 7 and I ordered a size 9. When I brought it to the attention of the customer service associate he was rather rude and made me feel like I had to have ordered wrong because it came through as a size 7. When I sent him a copy of my reciept he stopped responding for 3 days. Finally on December 3 he told me the size 9 were out of stock until December 10. I told him I was willing to wait as long as hed expedite shipping this time. He agreed and sent me another return label a few days later. Here we are, December 20 and Ive recieved no boots. No correspondening email to let me know whats going on, nothing. They ruined my present to my dad and he is still wearing boots that are falling apart. Its completely unacceptable and no way to run a buisness.Initial Complaint

I ordered boots from Overlook Boots on their online website on 11/27/2022. Said boots were to be delivered in 7-10 business days. That isn’t the case. It’s been almost a month and they haven’t even shipped. I understand things can run behind, but there has been zero communication with Overlook Boots. I’ve emailed, I’ve called, and there has been nothing in return. It seems they got my money and ran. Overlook Boots stole my money. Again I have called and I have emailed their company but there has been no response. There hasn’t even been an email stating my order will be late. Again, I feel that they took my money and ran. I have already contacted my bank to dispute the charges.Initial Complaint

I online ordered a pair of mens ******** boots 12/3/2022. They have failed too even ship the item yet they billed my card. I have tried multiple times emailing and calling the company to check status of when would ship. They were to be a christmas gift. I NO LONGER AT THIS POINT WANT THE BOOTS AS I HAVE BEEN FORCED TO ORDER FROM A MORE REPUTABLE COMPANY THAT HAS CUSTOMER SERVICE. i want my money refunded. They could have easily stated when item was being placed into online cart that the item was not currently available but they did not. I don't understand how you can be an online business without customer support returning inquiries. I WANT MY ENTIRE MONEY BACK AND CANCEL THIS ORDER!ORDER #*****Initial Complaint

Overlook was to ship my order in 7-10 business days (order was placed on 11/27/2022). When I contacted them today, I was told that they had not received my boots from their vender and have no idea if or when they will receive them. They did not inform of this delay, and it's been nearly 2 weeks since I placed the order. I asked them to cancel my order and they refused because they didn't know the status of my order with their vender. Now I cannot place my order with another supplier since I don't know the status of the order with Overlook.
