My physically handicapped Husband and I attended a Concert on August 11, 2023 at The Grantville Hollywood Casino. I called to verify that there were seats in "The Pit" area, due to my husband's disability, which we purchased seats. We were given seat number 38 & 39. I was assured there were seats. No seats in the Pit area and they gave him a folding chair, when there were empty seats in a cheaper ticket area. He was so far off tp the side that he could not see the Concert. I was also told the gates did not open until 7:00pm. Again, I was given wrong information. The gates opened at 5:00pm. We missed the first two acts. It gets worse. My husband bought me a meet and greet. I was told in an email by Rick Springfield's Merch that I had to check in by seven or my money $349 would be forfeited. Well, I checked in and was told to go to the Merchandise booth. So, I did. They told me I had to go to "The Big White Tent". There was no such thing. Finally, a Security Guard who stated he had to take others to the meet & Greet area because of wrong info, took me to the spot and told me I had to get in line because by this time it was 8:15pm. I missed the first three acts due to the disorganization of this business and organizers. We paid $260 for seats that were not there, they put my Husband in a folding chair which caused him pain when very comfortable cheaper then we paid for seats were available and all 5'1" of me was shoved around by drunks in the Pit area. Everyone in front of me, I was stuck in the back, were over a foot taller then myself. So, I saw very little of the last show, which was Rick Springfield. I have sent a complaint to the Casino and am highly upset at how we were treated. Drunks walking around almost shoved me to the ground. Yet, each was still being served. Ourselves, Friends and Family will Never attend any event at this Casino. Also, we are out $260 that I paid for tickets we coukd not even use. Warning: STAY AWSY FROM THIS VENUE.Review from Shinta W

They are stealing money. I win and it's not credited to my account I contact email and they don't respond. I contact via phone and it says leave a message do not play their online casino nothing but drama and zero customer serviceReview from Josh D

Hollywood Casino in Lawrenceburg Indiana Boogie nights club manager Bar tenders can not do their jobs appropriately or contain discussions with guest to properly serve others and then blame others for getting frustrated and concerned with service. But at the same time remove them from premises and not even aloud in the casino itself. Very pathetic that a bar maid with no clue has this authority especially when the police and security agree with the customer.Review from John C.

John C To my delight, I was told I won $150 slot dollars in a drawing from losing tickets on the sports book. This notification came the beginning of March. It stated that if I wanted Playing chips, like for the tables, I needed to go to the customer service by the end of day on the 7th to get them. I wanted the slot play so I ignored that. On March 17, 2022, my wife and I went to Hollywood Casino in Perryville. I wanted to verify my dollars were on my card. A rude lady told me it had expired. I brought the email notification with me and asked where it says this prize would expire. I said I would have come up before any expiration if that was true. She told me the notification said it expired. This is EXACTLY what the notification said: "CONGRATULATIONS! YOU WON $150 FREE PLAY! Free SlotPlay has already been loaded to your card! Prefer Promo Chips instead? Please visit Player Services before end of day Monday, March 7th to exchange your SlotPlay for Promo Chips." I told her this only speaks of wanting to get promo chips in exchange for SlotPlay. There is no expiration on this. I spoke to supervisor Yvonne Bonds. She said she would look into it and agreed the aforementioned was not an expiration. She advised I go to the sportbook and see if they will honor it. I did and spoke, finally, to a professional and empathetic supervisor named Emmit. He agreed there was no expiration. He said he would speak to Ms. Bonds and if need be, speak to the slots Manager. I waited 20 minutes. They both returned and Emmit told me the Manager said it did expire but would give me $50 for the confusion. Really? Obviously they know they are dead wrong so they try to buy me off. I said I will take the $50 but am still owed $100 and will be filing a complaint with the gaming commission and the BBB. What a terrible thing to do to your customers. I am forced to give one star. Truly, this calls for zero stars.Review from Tiffany B

THIS CASINO IS THE WORST ONLINE CASINO I HAVE EVER BEEN ON. THE REASON WHY IS THEY ALLOW YOU TO DEPOSIT WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS BUT WHEN U WANT TO WITHDRAW THEY TAKE YOU THROUGH HOOPS. I PLAYED MONTHS AGO N HAD A WITHDRAWAL OF FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS THEY ASKED FOR ALL THIS INFORMATION BUT THEY DIDN'T ASK FOR THIS INFORMATION UPON GETTING ON THE SITE. ONCE I SENT THEM THE DOCUMENTS MY FUNDS WERE PROCESSED. I WAITED MONTHS TO PLAY AGAIN. I PLAYED ON THIS SITE AT THE BEGINNING OF MARCH, I PLAYED N WON 700$ I PRESSED WITHDRAW, THEY PROCESSED N APPROVED IT, I WAITED 2 TO 3 DAYS AS IT STATES WITHDRAWAL PROCESS WILL TAKE, I RECEIVED AN EMAIL THAT FUNDS WAS REDEPOSITED BACK ONTO THE SITE IT DIDN'T GO TO MY BANK ACCOUNT. I WENT BACK ONTO THE SITE, PLAYED A 100$ N WITHDREW THE REST THE SAME DAY. I RECEIVED 2 EMAILS 1 THEY RECEIVED MY WITHDRAWAL INFO N SECOND IT WAS APPROVED N PROCESSED. AFTER WAITING 2 TO 3 MORE BUSINESS DAYS I CONTACTED THEM ASKING WHERE'S MY MONEY ???????. I CONTACTED SUPPORT ON CHAT N PLAYERS SUPPORT MULTIPLE TIMES THEY SAY OH IT TAKES 3 TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR FUNDS TO BE PROCESSED. I TOLD THEM I HAVE A PROBLEM W/THT BECAUSE THEY WILL WAIT TIL THE LAST BUSINESS DAY TO SEND U AN EMAIL STATING IT'S A PROBLEM WITH YOUR WITHDRAWAL WE REDEPOSITED THE FUNDS BACK TO THE SITE YOUR FUNDS DIDN'T GO TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT SO WE PUT IT BACK ONTO THE SITE. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY 601.39$ WITHDRAWAL AND IT SHOULDN'T TAKE THIS LONG. IT SHOULD GO THROUGH EVEN FASTER SINCE I HAD A PREVIOUS SUCCESSFUL WITHDRAW PRIOR TO THIS ONE. II TOLD THEM I DON'T PLAY WHEN IT COMES TO MY MONEY ??. THE ONLY GOOD THING IS THAT THE GAMES PLAYED IS PRETTY FAIR. HOLLYWOOD CASINO IS A SCAMMER U CAN MAKE DEPOSITS BUT NO WITHDRAWAL. THEY OWE ME 5 THOUSAND DOLLARS. I WILL TAKE THEM TO COURT IF THEY DON'T GIVE ME MY FUNDS ASAP. THEY DON'T ASK FOR IDENTIFICATION WHEN U DEPOSIT JUST WHEN U WITHDRAW. I SENT IN PICTURE OF MY SOCIAL SECURITY CARD, MY DRIVER'S LICENSE, DEBIT CARD INFO THEN THEY WANTED MY BANK STATEMENT WHY DO U NEED THIS IT'S PERSONAL N AGAINST THE LAW THEY'RE NOT GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS OR IRS. This company is a fraud n scammer alert should be on the website. I deposited funds onto this site and funds was immediately taken out of my account on January 25th 2022. I played through the gaming process for hours and it stated I played through the allowed gaming to withdraw my funds. I won in the amount of 5000$. I withdrew these funds from their website n received an email stating that they needed verification documentation of my debit or credit card information. I sent it via email through player support multiple times, kept copies of my emails n screenshot all info just in case I have to sue them in court. If it goes that far I will seek additional funds for pain n suffering for having to go through such problems. I contacted chat as well n guy Namir asked for information then logged out of chat. I believe this is intended so u have to keep getting different agents so they don't have to resolve your issue. If I have to take police alongside with me to the casino to recover my funds so be it. I don't play when it comes to my money. I never had this problem on other websites of well known casino's. I guess that's why this casino doesn't have any commercials on TV because they know they aren't right. Yes I do have my debit card on file in hand n hasn't changed. I expect my 5000$ deposited into my account by today or tomorrow no later or they will see my face in person with local authorities by my side my uncle is a cop so I won't have any problems. My sister is a paralegal for one of the best lawyers who's also a family friend that won't have any problems persuing this case and retrieving my funds asap. I am furious. Hollywood Casino get on the ball asap !!!
