Transaction date 11/4/22. We purchased lighting fixures from this company, only to be shorted one of the fixtures, and the other one was received damaged. We attempted on multiple occasions to contact them to have this corrected, but have only gotten responses maybe 1/3 of the time. We are looking for compensation in the amount of $300.90 for the fixtures, plus approximately $100.00 in freight chargesBusiness response

I am rejecting this response because: They advised us they were shipping the replacements no charge, but they charged our company credit card for the purchase of these replacements; they did NOT ship them no charge. Please see attached e-mail with the confirmation of the charge.

Hi there,
So sorry for any confusion but the replacements for the original order (Order ID #***** dated November 9, 2022) were sent free of charge.
A different and new order was placed by the customer for the same items. Attached is the order page dated April 24, 2023 -- ************************* placed this order on Online Store (checkout #**************).

Sept 10th delivered. Incorrect light globe plus discolration of light fitting was not noticed until installation and sourcing of light globe. poor quality fitting. Due to covid lock down we couldnt get electrician to install with 30 days of receiving goods. Different shades of white and yellow wasn't noticeable until the globe was turned on . Sent 8 emails and finally got response - satisfaction gtee is only 30 days . Receipt ***** Paid $479 AUD Product ***** modern ****** wall lamp small 47 inch warm white. Photos sent to supplier of merchandise quality defect on 15th Dec 2021 Seeking full refund due to merchantable quality Plus a return address to return defect item. Misleading on website 90 days guarantee not 30 day promise.Business response
