This was the lender of our Mortgage. They promised a closing date and continued to affirm a date. In the last week, they continued to fail deadlines for closing, causing us to close 4 days late. We incurred multiple financial penalties due to this, and were at risk for homelnessness. They remained difficult to communicate with throughout this process of that last week, and promised to provide financial or other reconciliation upon closing. Since closing, they have stated they would work on it, and continue to "bump it up the chain" and gave me their higher ups contact. After 1 call with him, and multiple emails from me every 1-2 weeks, they just fail to respond to calls, emails, or voicemails. Overall, they harmed my family, promised to reconcile, then just "ghosted". I am not asking for much, even just communication, and they are just no longer communicating. All language has been professional with detailed accounts and timelines of what has occurred.
