I'm on social security only get 800 a month to live on. I had to call these guys because of a bed bug problem. They r driving me insane i can't sleep I'm up all hours or the day n night scratching till I bleed. I embarrassed myself by calling churches n stuff to help me pay for it cuz I can't live like this I'm loosing my mind. Well saint Vincent de Paul helped pay for them they were supposed to come out and do our bedroom and the living room. We had the rest of the house empty it was supposed to cost 250 well we get a bill in the mail for another 150 sum like how am I supposed to pay that. They knew when they came here what the situation was financially. So never got a 2d treatment but continued washing my bed sheets every day vacuuming sometimes twice a day. I still have em I'm getting maybe 3-4 hours of sleep a night and im bipolar. This is taking its toll on me n idk what else to doBusiness response

Below please find our response to the complaint submitted by ****** **** ***** on November 7, 2022:
"According to our records, a bed bug treatment was performed over a year ago in August 2021 at this residence. The bill for services was partially paid by a charitable organization and the tenant was made aware prior to scheduling the service that they would be responsible for any balance due. Since we never received any payment from the tenant for the balance owed, a follow-up treatment was not completed. We always recommend an initial and a follow-up treatment scheduled approximately 4 weeks apart for effective bed bug control."
The complaint does not address an issue that can be resolved by our company. The main complaint by ****** seems to be that she does not have the money to pay for our services and, therefore, still has an ongoing bed bug problem.

I had told them when I first called that I was gonna be seeking financial assistance as embarrassing as it was I called n got help. They were supposed to do 2 rooms two. We had everything out of the other bedroom n didn't need the kitchen done. They took it upon themselves to do the whole house. This company r scam artists. Better Business Bureau:
