I purchased some top level one and top level two training for drone pilots from Dart Drones the weekend of my in person training my father died of brain cancer and I was in contact with the Dart Drones the whole time they knew what was going on I want to reschedule and they don’t offer those courses now in San Diego only in Chicago or something so They told me to pick different courses that they have which is kind of silly because I wanted to be trained for inspections only so I tried to find another way to spend my $4000 with their company they don’t offer enough courses or classes or anything that would benefit me because I’m already licensed and I’m already in this line of work I’m not a newbie And they knew this going in and they refuse to refund me I let them know well before their policy said 24 hours in advance I did I even emailed them their own policy says look this is what your policy says you guys need to refund me but still they won’t give me my money back so finally they set me up with the top level one online training course which is only $600 so I did it for me and my fiancé and there still a little over $2000 that they won’t refund me and I have no way to spend with your business it’s just terrible actually my father wasn’t able to go into a skilled nursing facility because they kept the money I could use that money that if they would refunded me to put my dad into a skilled nursing facility so he could’ve been comfortable in ****** **** for his last few days instead he was put in some **** hole and just giving antipsychotics when he didn’t even have anything wrong with him just so they can keep him drugged up and he died that money could have helped a lot now I have inherited my dads home and need mortgage and need my money I paid for services never recieved and the created a shipping label so they made it look like they sent me something neve sent me a thing it was supposed to be in person inspection training top level 1 and 2 for me and my fiancée
