      Per Lynward Woodworks online ad, and pre-order conversation with owner *******************, I paid entire invoice to Lynward Woodworks as requested on August 29th, 2023. At that time I was told he was behind in production so, in good faith, I agreed to be patient in delivery. It is now over 11 months and he is non-responsive to my requests for refund. Apparantly, there are several other customers who have posted similar complaints attached to his ******** business account.

      I purchased a wood case for my vintage amp after seeing a sale posted on the company's Instagram page. I messaged with the owner John a couple of times about finish options and placed an order on their site using my credit card. This was October 27, 2023 for $255. Their website said that items usually ship in 4-6 weeks. After 6 weeks I sent my first message via email inquiring about a status update - I never received a response. I waited another couple of weeks and emailed again, no response. I emailed around the holidays and received out-of-office automatic replies, but no real response from a human. Around this time they started posting on Instagram again after not posting for a while saying they "weren't going anywhere" and that some health issues was being dealt with. So I sent another email...no response. On March 12, 2024 I sent a DM via Instagram and received a response very quickly. They said they would "have it moving" by the end of the week. I waited for several weeks and with no response or updates I went to message them again. They had deleted their Instagram account sometime on or before April 25, 2024. I am unable to contact the owner and this is my only recourse. I either want a refund or my order.

      On March 10th, 2024, I ordered a new Marantz WC-22 wood case from the company through its Etsy shop. This is the company's primary product. As all other clients, I had to pay the total amount, in my case $268.59, upfront. I did so through PayPal and can provide a receipt. The tracking information of Etsy showed, that a label for the shipment was created on March 13th by the Seller with **** however, *** had not received the item. This remains the case up to today. On March 27th, I requested a status update, which was answered on April 5th, stating, that the owner had had the flu and was a "little behind". I requested an update on the delivery right away, that email remained unanswered. I tried to get an update several times after that, never received a response back. I tried through every channel, the company's homepage, the email address, the Etsy shop, no response. He has since then shut down his online shop in **** and has set an auto response. This seems to be common practice as all other complaints I have seen here follow the same pattern. I would like to either get my product within the next 5 business days or I want my money back.

      April 2023 paid for a cabinet for a ****** stero amplifier. I paid $300 with the understanding that it would tske 4 weeks or so. It is now June 2024. **** has not provoded any feedback or updates since the beginning of 2024. He had done nothing but make promises and lies. He even had the gall to send me a phony *** tracking #.

      In August of 2023 I contacted Lynward about making a cabinet for a stereo component on their web site. They replied with the price and I submitted an order and paid with my **** card. After several months I emailed to inquire about a delivery date. They responded and said it would be delivered quickly. Since then I have heard nothing, they won’t respond to my emails and don’t answer the telephone number listed. I would like the item to be delivered, yet after almost a year if it can’t be delivered promptly I would like a refund.

      Ordered a custom cabinet for ******** c712. The business required payment in full prior to fabrication. Payment of $245 was made via ***** on 12/17/23. Received confirmation that cabinet would be made within "a few weeks". Have not received further communication since then despite multiple requests.

      The cabinet for McIntosh C11 Pre-amp ordered by *. ***** of Kirkland, WA was supposed to be delivered in 2023. Mr. ***** sold subject pre-amp to me in early 2024 and said he would send the cabinet to me when he received it or have it sent to me directly from Lynward Woodworks. Despite numerous attempts to have the product shipped, there has either been promises made that the item was delayed but would ship to silence from Lynward Woodworks. At this point, I just want the nice cabinet that was ordered, paid for in full and never delivered. Lynward Woodworks should be communicating honestly if there are issues and taking responsibility for order for which they have received payments.

      I received the product purchased from Lynward Woodworks LLC and appreciate it.  The quality of the finished product is very high.  I received it after 4 months of placing the order and we had to communicate a number of times to get updates on the status.  We are satisfied with the order and outcome.  Thanks!

      I ordered and paid for a stereo cabinet on October 23. After numerous emails requesting a status update or refund, the business owner, *******************, has stopped responding. Based on social media comments, this has happened to many others as well. This business takes your money and does not actually deliver a product.

      Date: 30 Oct 2023 Amount: $450.00 Business Commitment: Marantz WC-43 Wood Cabinet Case, Variation: Piano Black High Gloss Polished Lacquer Nature: Lynward Woodworks stated they would provide the item between Thanksgiving 2023 and Christmas 2023. They said it normally takes 6-8 weeks to produce the product I purchased anyway, so the timing was adequate. On 6 December I requested a status update and was told the item would be at my house before 18 December when I was leaving the area for the holiday. The item never arrived. When I reached out, I got no response. After sending several emails requesting an update or a refund, I finally received a response in January 2024. The owner reached out to apologize for the delay. He said hed been sick so he was behind but would get my item out as soon as possible. After hearing his story, I took pity and gave him a chance to send the order. Since then, I have received a few emails, and a shipping notice from **** but the order never shipped. After a couple of weeks, he finally responded saying the item was damaged, so he had to make the order right. He said it would be out ASAP and promised a refund of a portion of the cost for my inconvenience. I sent several emails suggesting he could send a product with a different finish to make it easier to fill my order. That was almost three weeks ago. He has not responded to any requests since whether I sent them to his company web site, personal email, or phone calls. I called him on three separate occasions, but he never answers or returns my calls. Resolution: *********** has not tried to resolve the issue other than making promises over email that have never come anywhere close to filling the order.       Converted files to Adobe. Also added the shipment notice I received from *** for the item. The *** tracking number shows the item has never been shipped.
