TRM was hired to handle all excavation work for building a new home. He showed up at the beginning and was doing a good job. Then he decided to not show up on a regular basis or let anyone know what was going on. I also paid him money up front to do additional work in the amount of $3000 and he did do about 25 percent of the work. Then he just never showed back up for 2 plus weeks. At this point I was frustrated as well as general contractor so we decided to part ways with the guy. I asked him about refunding me $1500 or the $3000 I paid him upfront so we could just part ways and move on. He declined to do so. I then asked if he would come back and finish the job and he said he would finish the job for another $1000. The contractor at ********* *** **** *** can speak about this guy not showing up for weeks on end and not letting any of us know what was going on. He was paid a total of $19755 from the general contractor at ********* *** **** and he said the pay was slow so I asked the contractor for receipts and checks for when he was paid. The longest *** had to wait at TRM excavating was 1 day to get paid. The guy is just a liar and wants to steal money from people. I would never recommend him to anyone and wouldn’t hire him to do free work at my house ever again. His own family member reached out to me to apologize for everything going on and said he doesn’t know what’s going on with *** and all he cares about is his next vacation and collecting money. Not a way to have a business in a small local town. I had an attorney write a letter to reach out and called and text multiple times and he won’t even respond or text back. He’s a true professional who was handed a business by his dad who worked and he doesn’t care about people or working for a living. He would show up at 10-11am each day and leave by 2-3pm each day. Again all he wanted was a paycheck to make money real quick and bill for stuff he didn’t do.
