I ordered 29 custom printed t shirts plus a zippered hoodie for a family reunion from Marcus on July 13th 2022. I paid 464.00 for the shirts and another 30.00 for the hoodie which he said needed a separate receipt. I paid a total of 494.00 in cash to Marcus and have a receipt for the transaction. They were being printed the day before the reunion and when I picked up there were several issues. The shirts in my order were from at least 3 different manufacturers resulting in various shades of the chosen olive green color. The point of ordering reunion shirts was to have matching shirts for the reunion photos. At that point it was the day of the reunion, (July 29, 2022) too late to re do anything despite the almost 3 weeks lead time required after placing the order and paying for it. Also, the sizes of the ladies style shirts were extremely small and hardly fit anyone. At least one shirt was printed off center. The hoodie was never made. After numerous phone calls to Marcus he promised to print the ladies shirts over in larger sizes and supply the hoodie. I gave him the new order and he has stopped responding to my contacts. I spoke with the co owner of the company and she acknowledged the problem. Marcus reached out right after that and has again not printed the replacement shirts and hoodie. He is not responding to me again. There is more but this is the brief version.
