I had motorized blinds placed and every time I have to replace the battery on the remote the blinds no longer work. I called the company and they want to charge me $85 to fix. I have lifetime warranty but they said the warranty only is covered if I remove the blids and take them to the storeInitial Complaint

The store display did not show "see through cloth" nor did anyone in the store inform us that there might be a problem. They installed the last set of blinds and knew what we had there. We placed the order September 25th, 2021. When the installer came a few weeks after the order he did not have the window blinds with him. So he hangs the patio door blinds. At night you could see through the cloth blinds. I called and was told "Oh, you need plastic liners. We will order them." I asked, "What about the front wndows?" A few weeks later two guys show up and installed the front window drapes and started on the patio door until they realized they didn't have the drapes needed. "We will go back and report it." Nobody called from Blinds to Go. I called. "We will check and get back to you." Nobody called. Finally I called and after paying $1,292.33 they want $503.45 more and we have to wait until January 2022. Remember the date we originally ordered? Corporate does not answer their phone ************ **** - Customer Service nor return calls. We have been customers since 2009. What happened to this once good company? Order # ******
