I have had so many issues with my car, including the sensors, not working right and the auto house. Lebanon Volkswagen dealership is not very nice. I tried to trade the car in for a new one. They kept telling me I have to buy the newer cars and they ruined my credit from when I bought the car when I asked them not to run my credit for a trade car when I already knew the exact number of my credit they use 10 different loan businesses That brought my credit score way down, I had gotten a bill in the mail saying that I owe $1000 to Volkswagen credit back in March. I pay 566.64$ a month. So theres no reason for me to be charged for $1000 in one month, I told them Im only paying my monthly due gave them my card information that they had on file and they charged me for $1000 which I couldnt pay because I didnt have $1000 in my account at the time my credit went Even lower than what it is at that point. It was 750 back in December before I bought the car in July after the charge of the thousand dollars was already said and done. My credit was 620, now it is October and now my credit score is going up slightly. My credit score is 650. My complaint is to shut the business down because I do believe my car is a lemon car but when they sold me the vehicle, they have it on the original paperwork as used. My car had 3000 miles on it when I bought it and the sales gentleman claimed that the guy that had my car first brought it back after 3000 miles to get a Porsche. Did not tell me that my ****** mile oil change warranty would expire once I bought the car, so whenever my car was 8000 miles I needed to have an oil change done so that is when I was told about the ****** mile that happened when I bought the car so they told me to use the ****** mile service warranty so that I can get a free oil change when my car was not even ****** miles, now I am paying oil changes when my car is ****** miles.
