I recently found a gift card from Flower and Home Marketplace in my wallet. (They have moved from a brick and mortar building to an on-line company selling home decor.) I can't remember who gave the gift card to me, or how much it's worth, so I attempted to contact them to see what it's worth and how to go about using it with an on-line company. I have sent 5 emails and called them once, getting their answering machine with a promise to call me back. That was several weeks ago. The call and the emails have gone unanswered in spite of the fact that they keep sending their ads to my email address. How do they stay in business if they have no customer service?!? It is so frustrating because I have no other way of contacting them.Customer response
