      I paid for a membership to tests.com so I could use their practice tests for my upcoming master plumber exam. The website will not load, it won't allow me to log in, and I can't access any customer service support. I paid $100 for course information and practice exams and have been unable to access any of the content and any of the customer service. I was just now able to process a customer service request but the website does not seem to be processing the form. The page just perpetually loads until the browser times out.

      We experienced a technical issue with our website over the weekend.  We apologize for the interruption in service.  Due to the age of some of the customer's purchases, we are not able to issue a refund on a credit card and will mail him a full refund check for all of his purchases to the address he provided.

      Tests.com has been down for 4 days. The only phone number I could find to contact is disconnected. I need to finish studying for an upcoming test, so time is critical. Web site shows up but if you click on anything else its just shut down. I need to get back into this site

      On June 25, 2023 I paid 49.95 for the practice exam materials related to the NCMHCE exam. Today 7/8/2023 I try to login and and cannot due to the website not functioning. My exam is on Monday. I tried emailing admin@tests.com and called the number connected to the transaction on my bank account only to directed back to the website that is not functional. I'm out of pocket and have no other funds to purchase more materials. This site is not legit. Security won't even let you interact with it.

      I purchased the Tests.com 11/22/2022 to study for the postal exam. During the evening and today 11/23/2022 I have tried to take tests so I could get the results explaining correct or incorrect answers. I followed the *** **** video and what is showing does not look like my pages at all. I requested a refund but they wanted me to spend more money and I received no answer.

      We have no record of receiving a request for refund from this customer prior to the BBB  request.  We issued a refund immediately upon receiving the request.  Three of five sections of the Postal Test are like personality tests and do not register correct or incorrect answers.  Our practice test simulates the actual exam and gives the test taker an idea of what kind of questions they will face on the Postal Test. Tests.com only charges a customer once up front and does not have renewal fees.

      Date of transaction:9-11-22. I paid $39.95 on Tests.com for a reoccurring login program to study for the ****** No issues till today. A warning comes up stating if you continue on the sight your information might be hacked . More details State the certificate for the site expired or my info possible hacked. I only have an email admin@tests.com. Im too afraid to email them just in case this website is a scam. I have no number to contact anyone there. Do you know if this website is legit ? I recall when I purchased the program it did say partnered with BBB . Why Information appreciated ! Id really like to reach someone and make sure they are legit! If it os a San is it possible to get my money back ?

      I purchased a study guide from tests.com on September 18, 2022. It was the journeyman electrician practice test kit 2020 NEC, and it cost $59.95. Their page has been deemed unsafe by my web browser on the laptop and on my phone. I have attempted to contact them via email, but since their whole website is a safety concern for the laptop, it won't let me proceed. The phone number on BBB is false as well. I just need my money back.
