Rain replaced our roof on September 11th 2023 after storm damage. We were misled by the Project Manager James. R***** Contract value was higher than the estimated costs our insurance company was projecting. Before signing the contract, James promised us that the Law required our insurance company to pay the difference. When it came down to it, Rain was not able to back up their claims and I felt we were lied to in order to secure the sale. I would Like Rain to adjust their contract value to what the Insurance company had paid us for the repairs.Business response

*** ***** came into the office and paid his bill in full on Dec 1st. So, I am unsure why he filed this with the BBB. James the salesman provided him an estimate of what it cost to show his insurance company and hopefully convince them to pay the difference. He is 100% responsible for the contract that he signed. He paid his bill, and we are now settled in full.
