      Repair was done on 3/14/23 1. spent 2081.98 on repairs that I was told would last the car a bit longer and that nothing else was seen and nothing else was noted on the multi-point inspection form, had repair done and went home and had to bring it back because they did not finish the job steering wheel was not aligned, took it to mom and pop shop down the road and was told that the car still needed 5000 worth of repairs and was asked if Ford caught these repairs and I denied the repairs on them and I said no they said there was nothing else wrong and he said they were wrong that all of the systems on the car that are bad do not just go bad that they have been done for a while and that ford should have seen these and pointed out that they needed done as they were dangerous to drive in the shape it is. I have tried calling the buisness to see why they lied on their inspection but I can not get the manager and everytime the tell me he is going to call me back they do not, I am not hopeful for a refund but I expressed to them that if the repair was going to be alot that I was going to find a new car and I think they did this on purpose to have me come back, or they really are just that incompetent and did not see the broken parts right where they did all the first work. Now I am out a car in a time when you cant find any and I would not have been in this spot if I would have been told the truth in the first place and not have spent the 2 grand I needed to start looking for a car.

      I purchased a brand-new vehicle from Fred Beans Ford on August 18, 2022. A few short months later I am having a problem with the brakes sounding like I am driving a motorcycle. I was told after several attempts of my car being maintenanced that this problem was unfixable and that all of the Ford ****** 2022 sound like this. I would have not made the purchase with this car defect had I would have known this issue. In this process Fred Beans Ford has fixed an axel but not the breaks. It seems like I was sold a vehicle that is problematic and that is not just for me as a customer because why are they not informing the buyers of potential issues with the brakes on the vehicle. The was having this issue when I purchased it, I however not for once thought that Ford would sale me a car that was faulty and has problems. How are they telling me that this car break situation is indeed unfixable but still expecting me to stay in the vehicle and pay a hefty amount each month for a brand-new car that I have only had for six months. I have not been offered any compensation or any extra warranty. I did reach out to Ford Corporation, and they led me on for weeks thinking I would have a positive resolution all to tell me weeks later that I need to reach out to the BBB. I have all service paperwork for my vehicle and email correspondences as well to back up my claims for this complaint. Thank You

      it is always diswapponting when we can not resolve an issue. i believe we worked with *********, in great care to resolve the noise her car makes. up to insisiting that **** send a ***** service engineer to look at her car.

      At this time the noise that occurs at the last moments of stopping and the breif moment once letting off of the brakes has been compared ot a new vehicle and one with a few miles on it.  **** has determined that this is nto uncommon in this vehilce and that there is no fruther repair we could make to resolve it. I wish  there was something that we could do. If **** announces some sort of recall or customer satisfaction bulletin; ******** will be notified. As for compensation ******** will need to work directly with ****************** and ther cusomter satisfaction department.

      Fred beans Sold me a car, with extended 1 year warranty, failed to tell me my warranty only covers big repairs when I was under the impression the warranty covered any repair needed. It's only been five months since I was sold the vehicle and the ball joint ripped out of the control arm while making a turn and was told it would be covered by my warranty and cost me $100, than when the repair was finished, I was told the warranty wouldn't cover it and it is now $900. I feel I've been lied to.
