I contacted the bbb on a previous occasion concerning the problems that I was having with my 2016 Chevy trax that I had previously brought from this mentioned dealership that had ended up in its service station over a dozen times. I was instructed that I could file a complaint against the mentioned establishment and doing so, I began to line my ducks up in a row. I went to the service station and ask for all the times that my vehicle was there for an appointment and they printed me off copies because they couldn't deny me. When I was finished I expressed to Gary J**** the salesman who sold me the car that I was not satisfied that they took advantage. I had just won my case for social security disability and received a lump sum of money which I had put 7,000 down on this vehicle. He had asked me what I wanted him to do? I replied make this right. So he asked me did I have any money to put down and I told him no I gave you my last. He set a day for me to come back to see what he could do. When I got there he still was going on about money down and co signer. I told him that I wasn't doing neither that this wasn't right. My name is going to be the only one listed on my vehicle. He replied well, I can't put a down payment for you. And I replied well I know people out here who can help make this right. He said give me a second and walked away. Apparently he must of went to negotiate with someone because we started looking at vehicle. To make a long story short he got someone he said to finance me with no money down and that they were going to pay my trax off for me plus give me my full deposit back that would be like my down payment for the 2014 equinox because it was cheaper and my payment would be around the same which were at 216.00 a month for the trax. I thought he was a friend because my family took care of his mother and he wouldn't cheat or mislead me. The new car been in twice now and he told me they transferred my gap insurance when I asked refundBusiness response

In regard to the above case **********
Item 1: The Consumer had an Extended Service Agreement, not Gap Insurance, on the 2016 Chevy Trax. The $389.00 Extended Service Agreement refund was passed on to the consumer as cash down on the 2014 Equinox (reflected on the Bill of Sale).
Item 2: The consumer returned with two concerns on the 2014 Equinox. Concern #1 was a squeak in the driver's side window. The driver's side window mechanism was lubed and working as designed. Concern #2 was a creaking noise in the front of the vehicle. Front brake slides were cleaned and lubed and working as designed.
