      I purchased a product from store with them advertising I have 30 days to try or return if not wanted..I want to return because not right for me and they refuse return..they say it was special order..it was out of stock and they ordered one..nothing special..they advertised on website as normal..they are liars in my opinion

      I bought an ***** ******* stereo receiver from Audiolab for $1600. When I received it I hooked it up exactly as the directions directed me to. After approximately 3 minutes of use listening at a normal level, the receiver shut down. It did this a dozen times even after verifying several times that I had it hooked up properly and that no terminals or wires were touching each other. I contacted their technician via chat and explained my situation. After several minutes of troubleshooting he suggested that I return it. I packed it up with ALL items in the original packaging. When they received it they charged me a $300 restocking fee and only credited my cc $1300. In their email they imbedded a video of their tech with the returned receiver supposedly showing it was working properly. However in the video the tech only connected one channel at a time and for only 3-4 seconds. This isnt even close to representing a real time scenario or even my circumstancehaving 7 channels all driven into a 6 ohm load for several minutes. When I did this the receiver shut down around 20 times.4 times while chatting with their tech.

      I wish to drop my complaint against AudioLab. I spoke with their President, Mr. L****** and was reimbursed the remaining $303. As far as I’m concerned the issue is resolved.

      I purchased a set of speakers in March 2022. I had a trade as part of this. The facility has a 60day in home trial. If you do not like the item, you can return for a different model, full credit. They ignored me at first. I had to write to the owner and later I had the option, a couple few months later. Also, the store clerk destroyed one of my speakers. The trade I have. I took the high road and split the cost... I was offered 900 for the trade but settled for 500 after the issue. I was told I could come to the store with the speakers and attempt to trade. 1.5 hours for me, this was great. The person was helpful and did educate me and noted I can try a few different options in the setup. I took them back and made the changes. The sound improved. But now I still want something different I did not realize by me leaving was a binding contract. I am now being ignored, NOTE these speakers cost 3,850 dollars. I did not ask for my money back, I asked for an alternative model and brand of speakers, and even offered to up my budget an additional 1500 if needed. I am still getting no-ware.

      This has been corrected, I would like to stop the complaint and considered it solved in good standing
